I am not certain if this location just had an extra busy night, but what I witnessed was unacceptable. I placed my order at 7:30pm and was advised it would be ready in 7-12 minutes. Knowing it was a Friday night I waited in the car an additional 20 minutes walking in the door at about 8 o’clock. I did not receive my order until 8:40. To add insult to injury when I got home, the medium cheese pizza I ordered was cut up into 1 million different pieces which made it virtually inedible. I returned the pizza to the store. The young men that assisted me was very nice. He told me they will remake it. He took it back to have it remade and I watched the young lady ask him. Why are we remaking it? I invited her to come and take a look at the pizza she did and with a little hesitation, she said she would remake it I then waited an additional 20 minutes for them to remake my pizza. This is highly unacceptable. I don’t know if you all need to re-organize or regroup or retrain, but I wasn’t the only one in there that had issues with my order this night.

This is the last time I will order from here this is the worst place bad customer service they gave my order to another customer twice and today they made my order in different sizes, and what they do is complete my order without giving me my pizza.

We order here frequently and this weekend was probably the last time, as their quality & service steady decline. I feel so bad for the delivery guys because they get all the backlash when they deliver 1.5 hrs later. We ordered 4 pizza, two of them were tossed. Greasy, center uncooked, the other the crust was so thick and overcooked, hard like a brick. I understand you have a shortage of staff and need to train new hires but do not charge full price then. I am still waiting to hear back and get a refund because a 20% off the next order will not due it.

I ordered two handtossed pizzas and got something else… manager or whoever answered the phone insisted it was handtossed and then when I asked her for her name to speak to corporate she hung up in my face…. I order here literally 3 times a week. Will never order from this location again. Simply cuz of how rude the manager was .

If I could give this store no stars I would. Litterally waited 2 hrs and still never received our pizza. Ended up just telling them to cancel and give us our money back. Worst pizza location ever. Supposedly the manager is Jordan whom is still in high school. She is epically failing at her job and the company needs to rethink who they hire as managers. Especially if people are waiting 2 hrs on a pizza.

Not gonna lie, I ordered based on my previous Domino’s experience. The Domino’s in Villa Rica is top notch and NOT to be underestimated. Last time I got delivery from this Domino’s, it looked better than any commercial could ever hope to. The pizza that they’re known for, they took to a completely different level. Oh my goshness the cavalcade of flavors on a meat lovers delight!!! Yes, get the Parmesan crusted cheese stuffed crust. Worth it.

The food is fine but the apps time estimation and what it actually is has become an issue as they are drastically different. For example when this order was placed it said 30 minutes but its been 30 minutes since Shelia began preparing my order and the tracker is saying 30-45 min. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I have updated the app.

Ordered a pizza online, my husband got to the restaurant to pick it up to be told first that it was still in the oven, then after waiting 20 minutes said they gave the pizza away. The manager Yasmeen had no sense or urgency to rectify the issue and all the staff was just rude. My husband stood in the restaurant 30 minutes and not one person attempted to remake the pizza!! Will be contacting corporate tomorrow! 0 stars!

They use to call this the Chicken Carbonara Bowl. Now it is called the Chicken Alfredo Bowl. Skimpy. Skimpy. Skimpy. You guys should be ashamed. Almost $30 deliver and this is what we got.
