Mel had the best customer service, he made my frozen coffee and breakfast sandwich perfectly! His smile was welcoming and inviting. I definitely recommend this location.

I started this new job and have stopped everyday at this Dunkin for 2 months now and ordered the same drink and same order every single day. Now all the sudden the lady in the Drive-Thru tells me that she's not allowed to modify a certain drink that they've modified for 2 months now. So this Duncan has lost my business because there's a Starbucks right down the road and I don't recommend you going to this dunking if you don't want it exactly the way they make it because they'll refuse to fix it for you.

Just went there to get something to eat. The female worker with the blonde hair was rude. I kindly turned around and left. I can spend my money at another Dunkin’ Donuts where the workers are not rude.

I sent my husband to pick up my order and I got a small refresher drink and ? avocado ? toast and it was burned. My husband didn't check my order and bought it home, I was livid.

I got the Dunkin Egg White & Veggie Omelet and it was so delicious ? I added some mozzarella on top and reheated it for even more flavor!

The manager at this location is amazing. He's always so kind and he helps fix any issues immediately (even when it was my mistake). I go there every weekend and he's always there with a smile on his face. Even when he was the only person working. Hands down my favorite location.

Vanilla Ice coffee with no Vanilla terrible. How do you mess that up? Oh yeah you don't put Vanilla in it !!!

This is the only Dunkin that refuses to open back up their dining room. Every Dunkin I go to in metro Atlanta has an open dining room. What is this location so terrified of?OPEN THE DINING ROOM!!!

Don't waste your time. They tend to get orders wrong and customer service is a joke. I ordered 2 caramel lattes but instead received foamed milk with shots of caramel with no espresso whatsoever. When I asked why I was met with the excuse that it was busy when it wasn't and was met with the comment "its no big deal."

We came in and ordered a few items. The croissant my boyfriend ordered had cheese and he ordered no cheese. You can clearly see that on the receipt. He is allergic to cheese and clearly didn’t pay attention! We call their store 2x and no answer. We were the only people in there when we were there too and no answer to our call as we called to let them know it was made wrong and we would be coming back for a remake. Poor customer service and lack of paying attention to our order. The girl was not very friendly either as he asked for ketchup. 1 star service.

I want to thank the young man name Darius. Every morning he’s there mostly by himself. Even when it’s busy, he calm and professional. This young man needs more recognition the the work he put in. Thanks Darius for always making my coffee taste the same.

Thanks for the large cup of ice and a splash of matcha. Made my ice go down the hatch more quickly. I may reuse the remaining $6 ice cubes for a warm drink , but then I told myself a $1 drink is not worthy of a dunkin' donut $6 cup of ice. I may save the $6 cup of ice til it melts and have a $6 cup of melted ice water that hasn't been tainted by poor people corporate sugar water.
