I paid $10 for a large iced latte with two extra shots of espresso and they give me a cup that is only filled an inch and a half below the top. When I asked why it wasn’t filled to the top, they explained it was because I got light ice. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to too short you that much coffee ever. Especially when I ordered two extra shots of espresso. How cheap do you have to be? Is Dunkin’ Donuts gonna go broke if they don’t fill it to the rim? I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts ever.
Stopped in to get a cup of water for my dogs as we passed by. Busy with the Drive-Thru, but happy to give us a cup of water.

I also wish I didnt have to give a star. They are rude as hell. I had to keep my daughter from handling things. Also the young lady called me girl. Very rude! Stay away from this place
In a time where so much is uncertain across our government and communities, let’s not forget: kindness still costs nothing. To the young woman who took my order this morning — it would’ve taken just a moment to explain things clearly over the speaker. Instead, your sarcasm and dismissive tone were loud and clear. On a Friday, no less. Let this be a reminder: your energy is felt, and kindness still matters.
Working remotely today I decided to go in and have coffee while I worked from my laptop. It's raining and a bit cool today with a high of 69 degrees. You would think the store would adjust the a/c setting based on the outside temperature. It was unbearably cold in the lobby; it was making my hot latte coffee cold. I asked the manager to adjust the air she stated she was cold too and the General Manangement put a lock on the panel so she's unable to adjust the settings. I had to leave otherwise I would have been freezing and asking for unlimited refills due to my coffee getting cold. It's very inconsiderate from a customer perspective to sit in an establishment where you pay your money and be uncomfortable. The air must have been set to 62 degrees or lower, this is no exaggeration the windows were foggy because it was literally warmer outside than it was inside. It felt like a winter day inside the lobby.
Great food. Stop by for a hot beverage.

This particular location is okay, but my suggestion is that the staff should work on active listening skills. Getting peoples orders wrong can cause major issues. I asked specifically for a plain coffee no creamer and vanilla just flavor. If you don’t want to listen don’t work in Customer service jobs, it is listening first. This was in the drive thru.

Tell me, why is it so hard to just say hello? I pulled up to the drive-thru for the third time, greeted the person with a "Hello, how are you?" and they said nothing. I repeated myself, and they responded with, "What do you want?" SMH. On top of that, it’s Christmas Eve.
My coffee is always great. I got a donut, and it seemed old.
The service is soooooo slow! Everyone is asking for refunds. Please send help!

I wish I could give zero stars!!! I just came from this DD and was very nice to everyone! The hash browns taste like plastic and it’s very soggy! The meal deal is suppose to be a bagel they gave me a croissant! And it looks like it’s been sitting there for days! The girl who gave me the meal didn’t even know I said I was gonna pay for the persons drink behind me so I’m pretty sure they kept my money and didn’t give the customer the drink I ordered for them!
Never ever again! Please don’t go here save your time and money! I REPEAT DO NOT GO HERE! Just know if I get sick I’m putting out a lawsuit on this place!!!!!!

They gave me a large coffee and only filled it half way I am highly upset this is the third time and I come here all the time. This is so unacceptable if I’m paying 7 dollars give me all of my coffee.
I ordered a frozen matcha...she give me iced like it's the same thing. I ordered wth I wanted...it's the audacity for me. Screenshotting and sending to corporate. You the only Dunkin that can never get an order right...no matter what. Left the order didn't even bother to pick it up. And why service is so slow when you're the only customer they have? Terrible
