Went today to buy a $14 order, the lady who attended me, the receipt says Eddie but she was a light skin lady with glasses, super nice and very friendly/respectful. It was a pleasure meeting her and she made the drive through experience very enjoyable.

This place was really great. I normally don't like their coffee but I ordered one since the kids wanted something from here. My drink was made with love. Lol. It was so delicious I had to slowly drink it while on the road home. I ordered a mocha hot coffee with hazelnut. Delicious and the service was very nice.

Beware of this location, I order mini bagels bites everything but they give me plain so I go in to get my correct order, he took the other bagel back. I hope they won't serve it to another customer that be disgusting.

Me and my mom haven’t went to this dukin every morning this week and we get the same thing all the time but this one time we decided to go through the drive through when we got ready to order my cookie dough coffee you could tell the person taking the order did not know the drink .. so when I got my drink it was wrong and then they replaced it but it was still wrong by this time we was pulled up to the second window . Emily came up to the window as my mother and I was talking about the drink being wrong Emily immediately knew my drink was wrong by the look of it and replaced it with the right drink even when we went inside Emily took our orders and she’s very nice and knowledgeable of all Dunkin’s drinks ! She’s a great asset to the team .

Lady taking order at window was nice.
My specified sandwich of Croissant with white cheddar and crispy bacon came out correct. Not bad quality or moldy so the other reviews saying that, maybe they’ve been more ontop of it now?
Iced coffees were specifically ordered to have granulated sugar instead of liquid cane because that’s how i like it - nice sugary crunch, healthier, less calories. Just my preference. The one that took the order knew what I was talking about. The sticker when I got it showed sugar instead of liquid cane, but I think someone else made the drink and not her because she was probably only taking orders. Not mad it came out as liquid cane instead and she was nice about fixing it not rude.
Sandwich is delicious.

First-Time Visit Experience

This was my first time visiting Dunkin after 2 years’, and unfortunately, the experience didn’t leave a great impression.

After placing my order at the kiosk, I patiently waited for about 11 minutes. During that time, I noticed several customers who arrived after me — both in-store and in the drive-thru — receiving their orders much faster. Concerned, I politely asked one of the team members if she could check on my order. She was very helpful and even made my drink herself, which I really appreciated. Thank you for that! 😊

However, I was disappointed by the behavior of the rest of the staff. Two girls working on food were horseplaying with the drive-thru employee, who I heard making comments about my appearance in a mocking way. It was upsetting and unprofessional, especially from individuals working in customer service.

On top of that, the quality of my meal was poor — the tortilla was stale, and the food was tossed carelessly into the bag with no presentation.

As a paying customer, I expected better service and food quality. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so future customers have a better experience.

I paid $10 for a large iced latte with two extra shots of espresso and they give me a cup that is only filled an inch and a half below the top. When I asked why it wasn’t filled to the top, they explained it was because I got light ice. This is the only Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to too short you that much coffee ever. Especially when I ordered two extra shots of espresso. How cheap do you have to be? Is Dunkin’ Donuts gonna go broke if they don’t fill it to the rim? I would not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts ever.

I also wish I didnt have to give a star. They are rude as hell. I had to keep my daughter from handling things. Also the young lady called me girl. Very rude! Stay away from this place
