Whomever was working the drive-thru this morning was EXTREMELY RUDE…point blank, period! Never once did they greet at the call box or at the window (a girl with red matted wig) - they just handed over the item and said “here you go” -what?!. I’m not sure who this staff was today but this is definitely not the staff I’m used to seeing in this location. Do better or just get out of the service industry all together!!!! And they looked unprofessional as well. I’m sure when they “needed” the job they acted & looked better. Customers didn’t ask for the employees to take the job. So if they feel like it or not it’s their decision to show up! Just don’t take it out on the customers if you don’t want to be there!!! Smh on the whole thing!Wish I could give it negative stars!

This Dunkin is better than the one on hwy 5. Super fast and proficient. Brand new and clean. The drive thru line may get a little packed but this crew definitely understands how to move the line. Keep up the good work guys.
Ion know (yes ion) who made my avocado toast today but it was ahhhhhmazing. My avocado was spread perfectly. There was no clumping. The bacon was evenly spread throughout the toast, which never happens. The sesame seeds was scattered perfectly. I have never had an avocado toast from Dunkin’ Donuts like the one I had today. Whomever made it today set the bar extremely high. they need to be promoted to the king or queen of preparing avocado toast, and they need to go to every single DD in Georgia to make sure everybody get it right! Perfectly prepared. Thank you. ❤️❤️❤️

Everything about this Dunkin is pretty good. I love the customer service. They’ve yet to get my order wrong. Sadly I took a star away due to my hashbrowns and sandwich being a bit burnt. Overall, I’ll still come back and I’m sure next time everything will be better.
