I ordered a medium midnight. They didn’t add my French Vanilla or my sugar. When I went back in to tell them the young lady proceeds to tell me it’s sugar on the side… I walked away.

Walked in to make sure I could substitute turkey sausage for the bacon I asked the cashier she said yes and asked another employee who was making the sandwich and she said she would. Once I had waited for about 5 minutes the manager asked me about my order I told her my order and she quickly said we can’t do that. And then offered the meal without the turkey sausage for the same price. I was then Refunded my money and went elsewhere. The manager clothes was food stained and the store wasn’t very clean

I’m sorry I put in one star because of the service is really really bad. Their coffee is cold. That’s for the hot coffee actually and their drive-through that corner too tight. You always hit your tire on the side of the block.

I understand that it’s thanksgiving and all but if you’re going to be open then you need to be open fully and attend the customers that do come. Instead y’all blocked the drive through with your own cars so that people wouldn’t be able to put orders in. That is so unprofessIonal and I really hope upper management sees this and comps your pay for the day. If you weren’t going to work then just close the store.

This morning October 22, 2025 at about 5:25-5:30AM I ordered a small ice matcha through the drive-thru. When I got my matcha I immediately knew it wasn’t made right it looked and tasted like the powder was mixed with water and not milk and they just added the sweetened pumps. So when I went in I was met with the white girl on the shift, also was a black girl with I guess hazel eyes and a white boy at the window. This white girl had the worst attitude at 5:30 in the morning. I get it, it’s early and the last thing you want is a unsatisfied customer coming back in but if the drink was made right the first time it wouldn't have had to happened. I get matcha from this location all the time and when I said I wanted my drink made a certain type of way the white girl was so unprofessional and not even trying to explain procedures or anything just a nasty attitude having ahh girl. Either she should not be on the morning shift or she needs to be retrained on customer etiquette!.

I just stopped by for a coffee today, September 29, 2025, and the manager was very rude. You should seek help if you have mental health problems.
Love, love, love the caramel iced coffee. Sometimes we get breakfast too... sausage egg and cheese croissants and/or donuts.
