Bestie took me to Fin & Feathers for a quick bite for lunch and let’s say this place outdid themselves with the daily menu specials… Loved the watermelon margaritas made by Shay.. The atmosphere and ambiance so refreshing because Dee made us feel special… Thoroughly enjoyed our experience … Thank you to the two gentlemen who bought us our drinks as a token of their kindness…

I am writing to bring to your attention a disappointing experience I had at Fin Feathers in Douglasville while celebrating my birthday. I have been a loyal patron of your establishment for years, and until this recent visit, I have always enjoyed my time there.
On the evening of my visit, Friday September 19,2025 I was seated at the bar and had already spent about an hour enjoying myself. During that time, I had purchased hookah service and generously treated both the bartenders and staff to shots, spending over $150. While I was standing behind my chair at the bar, your manager, Kia, approached me and asked if I was using the seat. I explained that I was, and she then asked if I would be willing to give up my seat for another female customer. I respectfully declined, as I was indeed using the seat.
Approximately ten minutes later, Kia instructed a security guard to inform me that if I did not give up my seat, I would need to leave the establishment. I found this treatment deeply upsetting, embarrassing, and unfair, especially given the circumstances and my long standing support of Fin Feathers.
This experience left me feeling disrespected on what should have been a joyful occasion. I kindly ask that you review this matter and take appropriate steps to address it. I believe no guest should be made to feel unwelcome under such circumstances.

Destiny is the BOMB!!!!! She is a great waitress I love her vibes!!! Ebony is the ABSOLUTE Best! Bartender EVER!!!! Nadi came with the hookah and it was everything

First time visiting the facility in Douglasville music was really too loud. The food was good. The servers need to have better work attitude and dress better and have a better polite body structure the drinks listen I had a one Long Island and it took me out the drink was really too strong. the food get 10/10 workers apart from the guy at the bar, he was very positive. His mood was good but the other workers like the servers 3/10.

Its always a vibe here. My waitress today was Nadi. She was sweet as pie and very attentive. Food and drinks are always good! Thankful to have a Black owned local spot to hang out in Douglasville. 🤎

We had such a wonderful experience thanks to our waitress, BRIE!!!! From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel welcome. She was attentive without being overbearing, always checking in. Our drinks never ran low, and she made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered!! she anticipated our needs, gave great menu recommendations, and handled everything with ease even though the restaurant was busy. It’s rare to come across service this consistent and thoughtful. Chefs KISSSSS TO BRIE 😘😘😘 yall go see her!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
