I ordered the ham and provolone sandwich and it was super sweet. I don't know what that's all about. I took 2 bites and that was it for me. What the heck did they put on it?

This place has terrible customer service. I did not receive all of my order and I called to complain and they left me on hold for a 1/2 an hour and hung up the phone. I called back to complain spoke to a manager named Mariah and she offered me to drive back up there to pick up my items that were missing. Go to Jersey Mike's.

These sort of places aggravate me. You pay your bill and they want you to round your bill up "To Save lives". Basically, you give this money to a business who gives this money and gets the tax right off and you get a higher bill.

I ordered online and when I arrived to pick up my order the staff never looked up, didn’t acknowledge or greet me. I ordered a tuna sandwich and could only eat less than half of it due to feeling sick to my stomach. I ended up with food poisoning. Worst feeling ever after eating this food. I will not be back.
