So disappointed , fries were like refried old fries. The burgers were not hot just warm. Plus my son don't like sesame seeds so I tried to buy another bun so he could have 2 buns for his burger. Was refused , would not sell me a bun... I spent 59$ . No customer service. Manager would not even come out to talk to me... Restraunt was kinda dirty, the drink machine missing so many drinks. Beware if you go here. Also managers should always talk to the customer...

I just got my food and dropped my milkshake outside and came to get another one and the girl taking my order just laughed at me the entire time. I didn’t find anything funny. This was the worst customer service I ever experienced. She should be fired.

The management at this place in Douglasville is horrible..I ordered food at 9 45 and told them i was on my way..I got there at 9 59..Door was locked. They kept looking at me & finally came to.the door..I gave them my.name & was told Food is ready but can't give it to you cause it's after 10pm..His Mgmt informed him after 10pm..no food is too be given out..Make this make sense..you rather throw the food out and not satisfy a customer since I was on time than to give me my order that I did with your team member..i have never heard such nonsense...I wasted my gas coming there to not be given my order..NEVER AGAIN

DISAPPOINTED IN GA! I visited Five Guys while vacationing in Georgia. The food is cooked to order per item. You choose the toppings for your burger. I ordered a double hamburger, small french fries and a hot dog. My total for 3 items was $25. It took 18 minutes to get my order. They actually dump the fries in the bag. Thus, having a bag with grease stains all over it! I had to grab a plastic bag from the car, to put the Five Guys bag inside of it. After going through the Five Guys process, my food was cold. It was not worth the time nor the money. I won't visit again.
