For the 2nd time this location has put cheese on a hamburger. $50 for burgers and fries and messed up orders with no compensation is unacceptable. I will not be back. Its a simple fix. Be accountable at least offer a refund for half the amount of the purchase or for a future purchase. The managers suggested me to bring back the food tomorrow when I have time. Madness. So for the $50 I just spent im supposed to still be hungry??

The manager at this location refused to fix our order and refused a refund. This was after I called to express that my order was wrong and instead of admitting the mistakes and offering to help, he hung up. I then had to return to the store and continued to be refused help because instead of being helpful, the manager because instantly defensive and refused to communicate. I was never disrespectful. I ended up not having dinner and not getting a refund. This location basically stole my money and treated me like crap.

Customer Service is KEY to any business. You failed!! I placed an online order pulling in to the parking lot- waited 10 mins- it said my order was ready. I walked in gave my name- the employees said I just got to add your fries & drops them. (great I love fresh) He hands me the cup for my drink. There is a line a the register. Thinking glad I avoided that WRONG- fries come up & they serve them to the other 7 orders they just got & not mine because they do white tickets first not yellow. I had to wait another ten minutes for my fries. That is utterly ridiculous & awful customer service. Leaving me waiting to serve people who out there orders in after me. Why offer online ordering & tell me it’s ready. Some processes need improving!

Even 30 mins before closing the food was hot, fresh, and served with a smile . This is one of the cleanest restaurants in Douglasville.
after the first 5 guys closed in douglasville i thought it was because of their high prices. well i tried their new store and the regular cheeseburger is now $10.09...$2.40 more then corporate office recommends. why? such a high price for just a burger in douglasville. If you add fies and drink, price is $18+...will history repeat itself?
