after the first 5 guys closed in douglasville i thought it was because of their high prices. well i tried their new store and the regular cheeseburger is now $10.09...$2.40 more then corporate office recommends. why? such a high price for just a burger in douglasville. If you add fies and drink, price is $18+...will history repeat itself?

Very disappointed in the manager and staff, placed an online order, went to pick it up on my break and the order was incorrect, I called in to speak with a manager ,to see if I can get my correct order, the young lady said sure one moment. Hung up the phone and UNPLUGGED IT. I know she unplugged the line because I called 4 times and it says “welcome to Verizon your call cannot be completed” and I called on my husbands phone and same thing. That is beyond unprofessional and I didn’t know five guys was that terrible. Corporate needs to acknowledge this store and do a audit cause that is disgust behavior.
