So glad that Gabe’s is back in Villa rica!! The new place looks great. The food is so good as well. It’s nice to have a place that you can eat a nice meal close by. We have been back 3 times now and enjoyed it all 3 times but I have noticed a septic smell happening. Not major but just enough that you notice it. Not sure if it’s the old building or what.

We are so glad that they moved back to villa Rica! The wait on a busy Saturday night was only 35 minutes. The service by our waiter, Gabe, was exceptional. He was very attentive, prompt and the kitchen was fast.

I couldn’t upload it to the site so I did it here it was asking me to make some kind of account

The food is fantastic however the drinks are way overpriced. We ordered a bottle of 19 Crimes wine which is only $10.99 at the grocery store and they charged $43.00 for the bottle. I understand some markup but that much is ridiculous. We definitely won't be doing that again.

The best atmosphere!

good luck t nice

Just walked in for lunch with my son and was not greeted at all. Bartender looked at me and didn't say ANYTHING no greeting NOTHING. It was not busy at all , no one standing at greeting table. After standing there for about 2 mins , we left. The place looks nice but the atmosphere was not welcoming at all. I will take my green money elsewhere. I do not recommend because of this experience.

Jambalaya was dry, pork chop was tough, po boy oysters were not seasoned, hoped for creamier grits. Server Logan and Appetizers best part of visit. Boudin balls and Fried green tomatoes. Cocktail was good. Probably a once and done. Hate it. Harder and harder find consistently good resturants.

The gumbo was very disappointing. There was literally three little pieces of sausages in a bowl of rice. The fried green tomatoes were not good. Don't too much. The shrimp po boy was good and the chicken prosciutto was ok as well

Upscale Cajun cuisine in a cozy setting. Not a large parking lot, but not hard to find a spot close by in downtown Douglasville. If you are in the mood for some Cajun cuisine this should suit your fancy. I am a bread pudding fan and could not pass up the white chocolate bread pudding.

I recently dined at Gabe's downtown in Douglasville, GA and it was an absolutely fantastic experience. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, with a charming decor that made me feel right at home.

The food was the real standout though. I ordered the shrimp and grits, and it was hands down the best I've ever had. The shrimp were perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the grits were creamy and flavorful. I also tried the fried green tomatoes as an appetizer, and they were crispy and delicious.

The service was top-notch as well. Our server was friendly and attentive, and made sure that we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I would highly recommend Gabe's downtown to anyone looking for a delicious meal in a welcoming environment. I will definitely be returning soon!

Recommended by a coworker. Cajun Cuisine with excellent service. Small, but quaint. The meal and drinks did not disappoint. The pics tell the story. Will definitely return.

We have thoroughly enjoyed our experiences at Gabe's. From the delicious food, to the friendly and accommodating staff members and the upscale yet comfortable atmosphere. One of my favorite Douglasville restaurants.

My husband and I wanted to have Dinner on Tuesday, July 2. Your schedule displayed that you were open for dinner from 5pm to 8pm but when we got there at 6:30pm you were closed.
