I was in the store today at 5:15 pm! Upon my arrival, there were two other customers in the store waiting, no staff up front or at the register, all three were in the back! No one came to greet me or take my order for approximately 5 mins., during this time they were all in the back chatting and one person was on his texting on his phone! Once the young lady came to the register she informed me that even tho my order had been placed two hours earlier and paid for (online), it was not ready! I asked for a complimentary (sm) side for the inconvenience, she spoke to another young woman in back and advised they would not be accommodating my request! I asked for the manager, she stated there wasn't a manager only a owner, and the owner was on a weeks vacation! She all but refused to provide a contact person! With further insistence I was given a random name and number! By this time another lady began to complain about her order being delayed! Another customer who entered towards the end of this interaction even offered me her phone number after seeing how inattentive & unprofessionally the staff behaved! Not to mention, items were left out of my order & I had to request they give me the items I paid for! How unfortunate Honeybaked! Do better, customer service is the cornerstone of this type of business and I assure you, word of mouth can definitely have a impact! This is the 2nd poor service experience with this location! Previous I found hair in my salad & was refused a refund! After many months I gave another chance! I love the food at Honeybaked I just hope they will put forth better effort! Try another location, this one definitely isn't it!!

I’ve ordered from this location twice now. Every time I get home the order is incorrect. It’s an inconvenience to return so I’m stuck with the incorrect order. I ask for smoked Turkey. It’s labeled incorrectly as roasted turkey & yet it’s ham. I’m not sure what’s going on with the staff but they need to pay better attention. The quality of the food is still good but it would be nice to get the orders correct. Staff is slow tending to customers but they are friendly.

Our person helping us was hateful and uninformed, placed order $89 smoked turkey, got it home totally defrosted and then cooked, keep in mind it was already cooked, was told to put it in the oven to finish it up. The turkey was absolutely the WORST turkey we’ve ever had, the taste was off and tuff. We’ll never buy any kind of meat from this place again. Beware!!!

This location treats its customers rudely. They don’t honor Groupon orders. They take your money on preorders and when you get there to pick up your order. They give you something else and state they are sold out. The manager is just as bad as his employees.please be where of this location.

Me and my daughter went in to pick up our Christmas dinner and once I presented my Groupon it wouldn't work .. the cashier went to the manager when he came back he said it was only for sandwiches and I told him it was stated it was for the entire menu . The manager comes over and says I've never seen that coupon and I said it Groupon and she wouldn't honor it as I was leaving with my toddler she exclaims Merry Christmas so I turned with tears in my eyes and said don't do that this was literally me and my daughters Christmas dinner and as I turned to leave the manager (dark haired woman) chuckled which made me cry more but then these two Christmas angels said ma'am we got your dinner and actually bought it for us . That was amazing but this lady was so rude and mean ... never again honey baked ham

The customer service is HORRENDOUS!! They have terrible attitudes when calling the store ! It comes from the manager and down to the employees. I don’t care if you’re too busy - this is YOUR JOB !! If you don’t like it , then find another job !! I’m going to make sure that my family, my families business employees and everyone that I know leaves them a bad review !! Terrible attitude!!

I placed a pre paid order of approximately $200. I also placed a 2nd order for additional sides that was another $100 and the website did not give me an option to pre pay. I received a text that instructed me to go behind the building not inside. I waited in the car line for an hour. Once I got to the front I received my pre paid order but was told my 2nd order couldn’t be processed and that I needed to go inside. I waited in the inside line for almost an hour and a half. Once I left my original order was almost thawed. Very upset about the entire situation and now my main order is most likely ruined. There are no signs outside, no employees out front instructing those who just arrived. $300 order completely wasted. I truly hope management reads these reviews and rectifies the situation.
I am EXTREMELY upset.

In addition once I waited inside (I spent a total of almost 3 hours here) I was told a side a pre order they were out of. What’s the point of pre ordering??

Was really looking forward to enjoying ham on Thanksgiving, but. . . Waited in drive up line for an hour with a reservation only to be told outside line was for paid reserved orders and unable to take payments outside. Directed me to go in store where there was another long line which I did not get in! No signs or instructions were posted or via online with my order prior to waiting over an hour. 1 small sign near pick up table at back of store after you get through the line. No accommodations by staff to assist me and no portable payment equipment in 2024! Beyond disappointed and frustrated. My recommendation is that customers especially first timers receive proper instructions on pickup from Honey Baked Ham to prevent customers from wasting valuable time.

To go items are never right, I don't care how much you stress how you want your order prepared ( no mayo, no tomatoes, add pickles, etc). They just fix them how they want. Waited 20 minutes on 2 sandwiches today, no one ahead of me, and simples changes not followed, although they said they were.

Not just a place to buy family meals, it's also an awesome sandwich shop! Sandwich meats are carved thick. The Douglasville location has a local favorite not on the menu, just ask for the "Hotlanta". It has warm thick carved ham, turkey, and roast beef with cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise and their Hickory Honey Mustard which is more Honey than Mustard. Ask for extra Honey Mustard on the side. The staff is well managed, friendly and professional.
