So I placed an order online.. and I've tried calling all week long to ask a couple of questions. Every time I call, they act like they can't hear when you answer and hang up. I've had my sister call as well and they do the same thing. I would understand if their phone didn't work for a day, but all week is no excuse. At this point it feels like they are playing games... and around the holidays is frustrating.

My son who is very ill (liver failure and kidney failure) and I went into the restaurant to order food. The lady behind the counter wouldn’t even look at him. She was clicking on the register. I asked my son, “did you give her your order?” He said, no. She hasn’t even looked at me. He looks sickly. Which he is. But that is no excuse to not recognize him. She was constantly clicking. I said, Mam is there a problem? She said, I’m trying to log into the register. I said, “does it take that long? She turned the screen around and showed me a screen that showed the numbers 1 through 10. I said ok I’m sorry.” She still hasn’t looked at him. She finally took my son’s order and went into the back. The next thing I know, a young guy came out and said, how can I help you? I told him, it’s nice to see a friendly face. My son said, thank you sir. He gave him his order. Everything after that went fine. I told the young guy how rude the lady was. There is no excuse for that. The restaurant can pull the photo footage if they don’t believe me. My son has difficulties. No need to make him feel worse. Shame on her.
hello everybody this place is such a great place to eat at!!! there is one negative review in such a perfect place. I am a very new worker been there 5 days, a couple complained and said that I was rude because I couldn't put the codes in fast enough to open the computer and to take their order. One thing I can explain that I did wrong is I should've explained to them that it was only my second time on the register. next time I will ask for help to assure you that you get an extra speedy fast service with a beautiful smile and welcomed greeting. now come see us soon thank you

This location is always good to us! My family buys for thanksgiving but we also get lunch here all the time. The cob salad is perfection every time. The sliders are delicious so are the sandwiches. We are overall happy and fed when we come here!
