I only ding IHOP for the atmosphere because it looks just like every other IHOP. But the food is always great and the service is unreal the way they prepare all that food so quickly right before your eyes. I don't know how they do it!

Friday 19th between 12pm-1 The good!!! Sooooooo. First of all MISTY was an amazing waitress from beginning to the end! Never can I never say I had a waitress as amazing as her🥰
The bad . My silverware were so obviously dirty and greasy.
The greeter!! Gave me plastic utensils and I didn't have to ask her .

We had stopped coming to this IHOP almost 2 years ago because it had gone down hill. Recently we decided to give this IHOP another chance and we are so glad we did. We've been here 4 or 5 times in the past 3 months and been pleased every single time. The staff are friendly and professional, a delight to interact with. The food arrives hot and our order is correct even when we have special requests. The restaurant is clean and service is quick. I am so happy to have IHOP as an option again because we always enjoyed it before. If you haven't been to the Douglasville IHOP in a while, come back. You'll be glad you did.

IHOP is usually one of our favorite spots to grab a bite. Today our experience was disappointing. Our waiter was new and messed up our bill and the chef must have been new as well cause our food was cold and came out less than 5 minutes after we placed our order. I appreciate quick service but too fast means our food was just sitting around and wasn’t freshly prepared. Eggs pancakes bacon sausage French fries all cold! I guess we have to go on busier days when they know they have to be on point with service. 2 in the afternoon on a Wednesday was clearly the wrong time to dine.
