I got a salad and substituted chicken for salmon. But the salmon does not come warm neither does the chicken It was good but definitely not What I was expecting.

Ordered the salad bar with chicken but they never brought out my chicken. After I finished my salad I went back up to ask about the chicken and they totally forgot. This is what I hate restaurants asking for tips before they give service. $6.00 tip and you don't even remember to bring my food out.

The sandwich I ordered wasn’t made right they forgot the cheese and wanted to give me a cold slice of cheese on a toast sandwich the only thing worth getting here is the salad bar

Meat on Ruben sandwich was like chewing rubber, sent back to manager, second Ruben was dry, almost choked on it... I will never come back to this place. I think that they should not specialize in making sandwiches. They just don't do that well...

Ordered food on Wednesday the meat just didn’t seem fresh so I called the store and asked manager for a refund or substitute. But before I even speak on that. Let’s talk about the wait time. Every time I come to this specific location it takes DECADES to get my food like what are you guys doing this is Jason’s deli not TGI Fridays or something what is taking so long … they don’t even have real food on the menu fr so what’s the hold up. Back to my order though so I called in to let them know about the food so the manager claimed he wrote my name down for a free entree. I went back Thursday to pick up my replacement order. Once there i was sitting in drive thru over 30 mins. Once I got to window my name was never written down so they tried to charge me so I told them no my name should be written down somewhere like the manager said it would when I spoke with him over the phone so after that he asked me to pull up to the mailbox and he was gonna call manager to see about me getting a new order (which was an inconvenience because why didn’t you write down my name like you said). I had already waited in line over 30 mins. Then u want me to sit here and wait again. I showed him my call Log cause he was looking like he didn’t believe me. Moral of story I shouldn’t have had to do all that. The food is never really that good anyway and too expensive to be getting little portion like why is it $12 for a croissant that doesn’t come with chips or a drink! I can just go to store and buy my own ingredients at this point. But the guy finally came out and gave me my replacement food. Let me not forget one more thing Wednesday the day I purchase the food one of the cashiers gave me back the wrong change ( the light skin girl with the pony tail braids) i had to tell her she left off $1 idk how you make a mistake like that but please train your workers.

I called in a pickup order and I paid $37.00 for food for 3 people. Specifically, my order was a Manager’s Special with a “hot pastrami on French bread, mustard on the side, extra pickle on the side, no cheese”. What I received was cold hard pastrami gristle and fat, and no mustard OTS or anywhere. Also, my fruit cup had no dip. Will not visit this location again!

My husband and I enjoy coming to Jason's Deli! We always choose the salad bar, and it never disappoints . Always a fresh variety of salad bar options , my favorite is the potato salad . A filling, healthy meal at a great price.
Drive through had an extremely long wait and the potatoes were not good and the meat on it was cold.. Those agua Fresca are OVERPRICED AND LITTLE

Counter ordered. Short line but 1 cashier so short wait. We ordered the 1/4 muffuletta & side salad. The 1/4 muffuletta is still large. Side salad is 1 trip to salad bar. Good deal. The side salad is 2.49 & the sandwich is 10.49. Could have shared the sandwich. The whole meal was delicious. Love their muffuletta & salad bar fresh & clean.

For $9.99 the turkey wrap I received was very small lacking meat. There was more lettuce and tomato and sides then turkey in the wrap , I came to the conclusion that I won’t attend Jason‘s deli again because of that that’s the third time that I’ve had an issue with them, giving me enough food.
