Guy behind the counter was kind, but when I placed the order the lady tried to upcharge me to a $11 sandwich. I told her I wanted the $7 sandwich. She said they didn’t have that size in wheat. Granted they had already made my sandwich in the bigger size. I asked if they could just give me half of that one and she told me no. I told her it wasn’t my fault she was out of wheat I didn’t want to pay $4 more for a sandwich and said told me that was my only option. I asked for the manager and she told me she was the manager. Way to run customers off - this was terrible customer experience I won’t be back. If this franchise owner is reading this you need a new manager. Rude! I drove all the way over to come here!

I went to Jersey Mike yesterday after a long day of work.All I wanted was a Philly cheesesteak,which I order all the time.The female human who took my order,wrote my order down wrong.So she asked me again, I said mayonnaise and double banana peppers.She wrote down double mayonnaise instead of double banana peppers.Get my sub no banana peppers zero.I walked back inside after checking my sub in the car and realized no banana peppers.They said do I give him a cup of banana peppers I’m looking like no sir. I want my banana peppers cooked mixed in the steak.They looked at me like I was in the wrong. They started making another sub and then said we need that other sub back.Cool not a problem,if I was the manager.She keep that sub we’ll make you another one or better yet we’ll make you a large or offer you some chips or something for wasting your time Sir.Poor customer service!!!

Place an order through Uber Eats that had a special for spend $15 and get a free sandwich....this store would not honor the deal even those I had a receipt showing I was suppose to get both sandwiches. Was told a LIE that they did not participate in that deal at this location. Even though it clearly shows the location on the app! Smdh Big Business! Will not spend my money here again!

God's sandwiches but...pricey. Almost 18 bucks for a Giant Cheese steak. Employees there could be nicer and more personable. You could easily spend 45+ for two giants with chips and drinks. When you're that close to 50..a sandwich doesn't cut it 😐

Had people waiting for over 45 min on food because they were out but didn’t let anyone know to be able to flip their sandwiches and acted like it was the customers fault. Absolutely RUDE! Also employees stuff took up 3 of the 6 tables available

This Jersey Mike's is easily the best, cleanest, and must efficient location I've been to. It's hard to avoid returning so frequently because the service is consistently GREAT! Asia is also amazing when taking orders, greeting, and just adding that genuine smile when cashing out.

Not a fan of this location, they will forget your toppings then or mess up your sandwhich but will remember to charge you for extra toppings on other subs. I paid $0.95 for less than two punches of lettuce.

The food is ALWAYS good. I love it because it's fresh. The customer service depends on how the crew is feeling that day, and it shows. This has only been my experience at this location, and you never know until you walk in. They greet you when you walk in, but you can tell that's because they've been trained to do it, and that's what they have to do. On this particular visit, I placed an online order. The young lady who gave me my order looked like she was physically sick. She was moving very slow, her face looked tired and her body language said it all. She was definitely going through the motions. All the same, I didn't say anything, and I gave her grace because you just never know what someone may be dealing with.
