Had people waiting for over 45 min on food because they were out but didn’t let anyone know to be able to flip their sandwiches and acted like it was the customers fault. Absolutely RUDE! Also employees stuff took up 3 of the 6 tables available
This Jersey Mike's is easily the best, cleanest, and must efficient location I've been to. It's hard to avoid returning so frequently because the service is consistently GREAT! Asia is also amazing when taking orders, greeting, and just adding that genuine smile when cashing out.
The manger needs a little more customer services training. It’s not what she said it how she said it. Remember the ppl that support the business is the reason jobs exist.
Not a fan of this location, they will forget your toppings then or mess up your sandwhich but will remember to charge you for extra toppings on other subs. I paid $0.95 for less than two punches of lettuce.
Took 20 mins to my food. Literally had 25 orders go out while I waited on a simple sandwich.
The food is ALWAYS good. I love it because it's fresh. The customer service depends on how the crew is feeling that day, and it shows. This has only been my experience at this location, and you never know until you walk in. They greet you when you walk in, but you can tell that's because they've been trained to do it, and that's what they have to do. On this particular visit, I placed an online order. The young lady who gave me my order looked like she was physically sick. She was moving very slow, her face looked tired and her body language said it all. She was definitely going through the motions. All the same, I didn't say anything, and I gave her grace because you just never know what someone may be dealing with.
Made my order exact opposite of what I ordered
My husband came in on cane and asked to order at the register so that he wouldn't have to walk around being disabled on cane. The supervisor was rude when asked to order at cash register. Please note no one else was in the establishment and was asked to then walk back to register to pay on a cane. Please let me know that this establishment doesn't cater to patrons with disabilities. I felt the supervisor was rude and not empathetic tonight when he came in at 7:22pm. I will be sure to send a message to corporate as well to ask about accommodations

If you aren't familiar with jersey mikes, they make the best subs for a franchise. Being originally from Jersey, the taste is what I would expect. Great bread, good meats and toppings. This particular location is also great, they never messed up my order, never were out of ingredients, and my orders were done on time.

I stepped in to order my food, and received the worst reception. The woman taking the order stood away from the counter (leaning on another counter conversing with another employee) while taking my order. I had to repeat myself a few times because she couldn't hear. The manager (heavy-set man) was eating in the lobby while this was happening, and saw nothing wrong. During the order placement, I asked the order taker to have the cook make sure that the onions on the chicken philly was sauteed as soft as possible. A few minutes after they started to cook the food, I asked the order taker if she'd relayed the request about the onions, and she did it in that moment...which means if I hadn't said something, the food wouldn't have been as requested. The cook yelled back "I can't cook them any softer", which made no sense given that it was the first time she heard the request. By this time, the manager was done eating and was sitting near the employee side of the counter. I asked for the corporate number. He said to look it up online.

For the amount of meat they have been putting on the sandwiches lately you're better off going to Publix or Subway
I’ve never had a sandwhich spot charge for tomatoes $1 tf? Yes tomatoes I didn’t even ask for extra ones just the regular amount after they forgot to put them on, slowly by slowly this location became terrible started in 2020
