Johnny's New York Style Pizza

Keith Bridge rd spot, the pizza was raw well everything on top was raw, the calzone was ok . customer service is to be desired . serving raw toppings seems to be a trend . maybe they need to ck the oven or the cook

We visited Johnny's on Friday (Jan 17, 2025) @ 6:45 pm -Kennesaw/ Wade Green/ Cherokee St. service was great, the food not so much, ordered garlic knots, large "Meat Deluxe Pizza" and medium "The Great White Pizza". The knots we from frozen (they were ok), the pizza's (both) were under cooked, the crust was crisp on the bottom, but below the toppings, it was raw dough. To top that off, the chicken on the Great white was spoiled (or something else was). The next time our server came by, we mentioned that something was wrong with the Great White pizza, he walked away stating he would check to see what he could do. A short time later he came back stating that best he could do, was to take the Garlic knots off the bill. Keep in mind this was a medium, we had 4 people take a slice, before anyone mentioned it tasted funny, no one was able to finish a slice, so a whole pizza was remaining on our table. Had to get up from the table and walk over to the register (to be away from other customers and my family). Had to speak to 2 people before we got the bill adjusted. Instead of a pleasant family night, we left with 3 out of 5 feeling sick. - Never again....

I play trivia 2 times a week. I always enjoy it. But here lately it has been so cold in there that you can’t enjoy yourself. Something needs to be done about it.

Came in to a seat yourself sign. Sat down, waited five minutes without being greeted by any one of several employees that walked by. Got up left and went to Waffle House.

I live Johnny's when I can get the service I deserve. The Douglasville location service sucks! I ordered pizza twice from here one for delivery and one for pick up. Each time the food was not ready after over an hour and a half. I need to stop going here but it's close to home. The decisions I need to make...

Good waitress named Ashley... Good salad, good pasta, eggplant Parm portion was so tiny you could barely see it, it was literally 98% pasta. The chicken Parm was about 94% pasta. Pasta is supposed to be the side.

New York style NO! The crust was good the pizza didn’t remind me of pizza I’ve had in New York City. It’s alright but no so great. I might go back but not for pizza

Nice halloween directions, good service who went above and beyond. Only issue was the food was of low quality.

We picked up food to go for my family and got home and we were so disappointed. As you can see in the picture, the picture can’t even describe how bad it was in person, there was black burnt pizza all over the back & underneath covering the whole box. It was so bad that when my toddler took it out of the box, his face and hands were black. I’m disgusted the employee saw this and instead of doing the right thing and making us another pizza that we could actually eat-instead still put this gross pizza in the box. It tasted horrible and was a mess to deal with. We will put our money into another pizza restaurant that cares about customers food because this was terrible. Do not recommend eating from here!

Had to come to Atlanta with a coworker for training. Afterwards as we headed west on 20 we looked for some place to eat. Stopped in here and had a great experience! Great food, great service!

Very good for a pizza chain. Calazone was great. Pizza was good too. Loved that they had esperanza sauce. Ser ice was pretty quick as well. I will be back.
