I had placed a to-go order for breakfast tacos and waited a while for my food. When I received my order and returned to my car, I opened the container and realized the items were incorrect — I had received a lunch wrap and chips instead.
As I was sitting in my car, I noticed a man returning food to the restaurant and placing it off to the side. Shortly after, I went back inside to have my order corrected. To my surprise, the food I was given appeared to be the same one the man had just returned. When I asked if it was the same food, I was told “no.” However, I had seen the entire exchange through the restaurant’s glass windows, and it was clear that the food had been brought back in.
I found this deeply troubling — not only because of the dishonesty, but also due to the potential health and safety risks of re-serving food that had already left the premises. I ultimately chose not to eat the food and threw it away. I haven’t returned since.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be taken seriously and that steps will be taken to ensure food safety and transparency with customers moving forward.

My husband & I found this place that we visit on the weekdays & we love it despite them messing up our orders like twice. Today which is Sunday is the last straw. We decided to order so we can pick it up & eat at home. We ordered a chicken quesadilla which was the worse I’ve ever seen anywhere, barely any cheese, chunks of tomatoes bc they didn’t feel like cutting it & the lettuce looked horrible & also ordered an grilled chicken Italian caprese with bacon but they didn’t put no chicken & no basil just plain cheese, bacon & big chunks of tomato so my husband had to ask where’s the chicken which they responded that he had to order it with the chicken when previous to that he called on the phone & specifically said a “grilled chicken Italian caprese with bacon”. They sent the order to be fixed & all they did was add chicken & not even basil which is the point why I get this sandwich & took the bacon off which my husband had to ask again that he wanted chicken & bacon so they had to take it back again to put the bacon on it. He told me that today(Sunday) there were just a bunch of teenagers running the kitchen & they didn’t seem to know what they were doing which is a huge disappointment because usually this place is impeccable & on top of things. I don’t think we’ll back any time soon because it’s sad to see a black thriving business doing so great then to be ran by a bunch of kids that don’t even know how to cook on the weekends, it’s such a waste of time. Either don’t open at all on the weekends or find responsible adults who can get things done the right way because your customers money don’t grow on trees & you’ll lose customers if you let it go on too long. I’d recommend to anyone to not even waste your time on going on the weekends & if you do make sure the place isn’t being ran by a bunch of kids because you’ll waste both your time & your money. I’M HIGLY DISAPPOINTED 👎

The two women at the front were very friendly and answered my questions as it was my first time stopping in. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I ordered the coco mocha but do not like dark chocolate they were happy to substitute it with white chocolate.

I was really excited to try this café for the first time after seeing on the website that it's Black woman-owned.

Unfortunately, I have to give it 1 star. The food wasn't seasoned, and the service left a lot to be desired. We weren't greeted when we arrived or thanked when we left. Even when I stated that it was my first time here, there were crickets until I had to ask what were popular menu items. The overall vibe didn't feel very welcoming or hospitable. For example, no silverware was brought out with our second dish, which was frustrating.

I ordered a large chai and a large loose leaf jade tea. The jade tea was plain, lacked flavor, and cost over $4. I went back to the counter to order another large chai, and asked if they could just swap out the tea bag instead since i already paid for the jade tea. While they did make a new tea, they gave me a smaller cup — and only filled it halfway, even though I paid full price..

I really wanted to like this place, but the attention to detail and customer experience just wasn't there. Over $50 for disappointment. Sad that I tipped..

My husband and I just stumbled into this cafe. I wanted a salad or something healthy which they didn’t really have so my husband ordered a BLT to go. We just got home. He literally had 1 and a half pieces of bacon in his sandwich. One side only had 1-2 piece of bacon. There was also no dressing or sauce on the side as there was supposed to be. So he had plain bread with lettuce and tomatoes. I hate to give such a cute place a bad review but there is no way they should be serving food like this. The potato shoots were also soft.

We had an amazing experience at Just Love Café! The girls behind the counter really knew the menu and gave us perfect suggestions. We tried the Wombletta, smoothies, coffee, Nutella waffles, and the Nana cinnamon waffles – everything was absolutely delicious. Service was quick, the café was spotless, and the atmosphere felt very welcoming. We can only recommend this place to everyone, and we’ll definitely be coming back!

This cafe was nestled in a nice surrounding area with lots of free parking. It was a nice cafe to eat, the menu consisted of great juices and coffee as well as sweet and savory light meals. The facilities were spacious and immaculate. The prices were super reasonable and the staff had great customer service. Lastly, the food was was fresh, hot and did not take a long time to get to the table.

i LOVE this place. the coffee, the staff, the muffins, the vibe. every bit of it is a 10!! i’m so happy to have such a great spot only a few minutes from my office!!
