I walked into KFC š today. I noticed that there were people waiting for their orders and employees working in the back. The front area was empty not one employee greeted me as I stood there patiently for ten minutes. A few workers walked up to grab money out the draw etc. Never acknowledged I was there ,as if I was the Invisible man. FINALLY I was able to get eye contact with an employee that was just coming to the draw once again. I informed her how I was there for ten mins and nobody has even said Hello .She simple but her hands up like I don't know š. I simply told them I will take my busy where it will be greatly appreciated. This store needs to educate their employees on customer service, bc if they don't get their act together it's going to go out of business. If there is no hospitality there will be no US to purchase their chicken.

The manager, or the person who claimed to be the manager, was terrible! I went to this restaurant on March 1, 2025, at around 12 p.m. She was very aggressive, as if she didn't want to work that day. Very unprofessional; I would never go back or recommend anyone go there until she is not there.

I can certainly understand why the 2. 7 rating service here is beyond horrible , Manager MO is the leading example of poor customer service . We tried to place an order at the drive through , asked the representative for specials bc we missed the posted signs , the Manager became rude in her tone and comments for no reasons , came into the location to place and order . Mo took the staff into their office and refused to service us . While inside The drive thru backup as well the lobby . She her the staff managed to emerge only then. A party traveling with me asked to place an order and she refused to service them. We were quiet and and waited for service . Manager then informed us she called the police and left the store to take pictures of my personal vehicle .
Please understand there is reason for their 2. 7 rating which is no reflection of my only experience.

The Customer Service Is VERY Horrible. My Food Was Cold And Dry, Even Though They Were Not Any Customers In Line, I Still Had To Wait. I Went Inside To Request A Refund I Was Told āWe Do Not Give Out Refundsā? I Did Not Want Anything Else. Which Should Not Have Been A Debate. The Lobby Was Dirty, Just A Dirty Environment All Together. I Will Not Be Coming Back And I Recommend All New Customers Please Read These Reviews The People Are Not Lying. No I Did Not Get A Refund Just Attitude and MORE Nasty Food. It Went In The Garbage.

I ordered a 8 piece chicken with mashed potatoes and coleslaw. My entire bucket of fried chicken was so soggy that it might as well have been baked. The chicken had absolutely no season or flavor what so ever. Service, mashed potatoes and coleslaw were as expected. Check your chicken before you leave!

Came here 30 minutes earlier of where I had to be, ended up leaving after 25 minutes. Girl in the drive through couldn't multitask, and my order came out wrong after being pulled forward for so long. Went back in asked to get the Nashville hot famous bowl I had ordered, and they just doused the entire thing in hot sauce instead of tossing the chicken. Won't come back to this location.

Food is good when they have it. They were just out of all fried chicken! They only had nuggets and fingers. They were also out of mac n cheese. This a regular occurrence.

Came through an empty drive through at 1:30 pm on 1/27/25. A young lady took my order, she had zero manners, zero home training and zero customer service skills. It was so bad that I drove off without ordering anything. I would suggest that whoever manages this place should put her in a role that does not have to interact with customers, because she has got to be the rudest drive thru worker Iāve ever met.

I fell asleep waiting in the Drive-Thru they took so long. Then when I woke up I was still in line and no one had moved. Then I get my order. They don't give me everything I'm supposed to get

I placed my order and waited for it. There were 5 people inside that received their orders before me and several in the drive thru. I asked about my order and the manager stated they did not have all of the items available and no one told me this before I came back to the register. She offered to substitute some of the items but thatās not what I wanted. This is third time Iāve been at this KFC and the two prior visits, the staff is slow. I will NEVER do business at this location.
