One thing about this kfc is you better check your order before you leave.. 90% of the time it'll B wrong.. It could be something simple like getting a 2pc chicken & fries & somehow you'll end up with tenders & a side of corn.. You go late at night, they will only have chicken because they don't wanna cook or make nothing else

It’s storming out, after attempting to make an order I drive to the window under the overpass because I’m unable to even roll my window down with the amount of rain and wind blowing inside of the car. It’s 4 or 5 women huddled by the window talking, I asked them if I could just place the order here due to it storming so bad and they all look at me as if I’m crazy and tell me no. Again, it’s storming, so there’s literally no one in the drive-thru or on the inside, so it would take less than a minute to ring my order up and I’d be on my way. I don’t even bother asking why after they just shut the window I just drive off and head to Chick-fil-A on the corner where I’m the fifth person in line and still in and out in under three minutes.
It doesn’t matter who is working at this location, it’s always an inexcusable amount of laziness and unapproachable demeanors in everyone at this establishment.

I had a minor issu with my order when I got home. The following day I went back to report the issue. The manager immediately handled the issue and made things right. They were very professional and accommodating.

I had a delivery order, I was not satisfied with the quality of the chicken this time. I’ve ordered before and was very pleased. But my last order, the chicken smelled like old cooking oil. Not very pleasant.

I will NEVER EVER go into this particular KFC again!!!! The entire staff that was there tonight was very rude and unprofessional!!! My husband ordered a 2pc crispy white with fries! The chicken breast was cold and dry, the wing was black and the skin was missing!!!.The fries were cold also!! I asked the cashier if could him some fresher, better looking chicken!! Her response was to be honest all the chicken looks like that! She also said that they were out of fries!!! The fry bin was full of fries!! I asked her if they were fresh? She said yes!! They were just cold as the first ones we got!!! The cashier had the worse attitude!! She finally agreed to to make his order over! Needless to say everything was just like it was before!!! This place needs better management and a new crew!!!
There was this young girl who worked the front counter who had an attitude from the start. She was discourteous, very short, or down right unfriendly. She saw me at the counter for at least 5 minutes before walking slowly to the counter. Maybe she doesn't like people and needs to work the fryer.

I’m not usually the type to leave a bad review, but oh my god enough is enough. I’ve lives in Douglas for nearly 3 years and ALWAYS had issues with this KFC. If it’s not the servers having attitudes it’s the food being wrong. Almost anytime I place a drive-thru order, I’m told I have to come inside and then I stand there and wait and wait and wait. Sometimes they give me the order thru the drive-thru, but usually not. If I wanted to come inside, I’d place the order for inside.
