This is the only KFC near my community. Every time I come here which is often they say that they can’t take orders thru the drive thru so I called corporate to see why this has been on going for so long, now they take orders thru the drive thru consistently. The other issue is they always telling customers that they don’t have certain pieces of chicken when you’re in the 12 noon hour of the day how do you not have chicken available this has happen several times as well and I end up waiting 20 minutes for them to fry chicken. I have concluded that management is the issue. I wish I had another location option cause I really like KFC but the service at Hwy5 location is draining.

The dining room closed an hour earlier than posted. I also had a complaint about the food and spoke with the manager, tge next day who offered only excuses rather than a resolution. Overall, it was very disappointing. I would not recommend wasting your money here.

Three times we placed pickup orders at this KFC. Two times we were shorted 2 pieces of chicken. The other time we had gravy all over our order when we got home. Lid had not been secured. Strike 3. KFC, you are out.

They are really only open for take out. They keep everything behind the counter...even the napkins that they failed to hand me with my order. Nothing on the tables. Charged me a $1 more because I wanted 2 breasts in a 4pc. Combo meal.

I went through the drive through with no one in line ahead of me. I didn’t immediately see what I wanted on the menu so I asked if I could have a minute. The guy taking orders said no because their drive through is on a timer and there’s a car behind me. Since when are customers required to already know what they want? He was polite saying that but it was still RUDE and needless to say I will not be returning to this location. I drove off, I’m not going to order something I don’t want because you wouldn’t allow me time to look at the menu.

I cannot give any stars. Horrible service. Today's date 11/6/25. I've been at the drive through behind 1 car for 20 minutes!!! I only ordered 2 pieces of chicken.

This is the first and will definitely be the last time I come back to this location. How you give me 2 wings with BBQ sauce and put my biscuit in the same box with no paper covering. Biscuit covered in BBQ sauce, cold 2 wings and fries just nasty and old. Yep this is the last time.!!!!!

Ordered on DoorDash . Will never again . We got a large mashed potato they forgot the gravy . We got a large Mac and cheese they gave use a small . The skin was off of most pieces of our crispy chicken . We didnt get honey , hot sauce or any condiments for the biscuits , chicken tenders and chicken . SMH spent too much money on this !!! DO BETTER this is fast food it’s not that hard , put love into your job or find another !

RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! THE STAFF IS MISERABLE AND THEY WILL PLAY WITH YOUR ORDER JUST BECAUSE! Trust the reviews! I know there isn’t another kfc around but save yourself the headache and just don’t go! I will NEVER be back!

This location the owner must hate money... cause this location has been slow for years now and its the people that dont care made this place go down hill. KFC still has the best chicken, but if employees dont serve it right then it dont matter.
