This Kroger Pharmacy is the Worst!!! They know people tend to pick up RX after work but every evening the line is out past the self checkout lines!! Do better! You have sick and in pain people inline

I'm at the deli. The gal just dropped the half of ham she was slicing for me in the trash . She thinks I didn't see it happen , she took it out of trash and bagged it up and put it back in the case . Guess where I'll NEVER shop again ?? Eeewww

I've been getting the same prescription filled at Kroger, Hospital Dr., for about 8 months. It seems that every month there is an issue. Yesterday drew the line for me after my scripts were supposed to be ready in an hour while I waited, and it took 2 3/4 hours. On top of the time it took, I had given specific instructions on the prescriptions, which were not followed and the pharmacist had the nerve to say my prescriptions looked suspect. They look exactly the same as they have for 8 months. They are understaffed for the amount of prescriptions that they fill, they have people that seem incompetent and/or don't care. You can not build a rapport with the employees because it's rarely that you see a familiar face. I have to pay cash for my scripts and Kroger is the cheapest, but this location is not worth the headache. I will try other Kroger locations, which will mean a further drive, but if it saves the headache and hassle, it will be worth it.

My husband bought a case of Yuengling beer that supposedly was put under the basket, unbeknownst to us, after paying for it. When he loaded the car, he got everything out of the basket. We remembered him getting everything out of the basket because once he was done, the basket almost ran into my ride and he had to stop it from hitting my ride. We went home and noticed the case of beer was missing. We searched everywhere and could not find it. My husband went back to the store looking for it. The manager searched the video without letting him see it and said the guy put the case under the basket. Now I know a brown case of beer is not easy to miss, especially when we checked the basket when it almost hit my ride. So now we're lost out of money and still have no beer due to not finding our case of beer. So after several times of dealing with bad customer service, this was the final straw! We will no longer support this store!
