Breakfast is good when you can actually catch someone working. Very inconsistent staff. Several times staff can be seen in the restaurant and still not answer drive thru. You never know if you will luck up and catch staff working or not. Several times at 7am, staff has said they are not ready to serve breakfast. This location needs to revamp their staff schedules.

After waiting a very long time in the drive thru, this evening today, the 3 cheese Krystal’s was given to me as follows;Cheese was not melted and the buns was straight out the pack and had not been warmed at all, and barely tasted onions or mustard.How was this okay to be bagged up and given to any customer?I hadn’t eaten Krystal’s in a long time however this experience influences my choice of never returning to any Krystal location.Zero Stars…. Disgusting???Is this Krystal location going out of business?

Showed up 40 minutes!!!!!! Before listed closing time. They told me they were "only taking doordash orders because [they] were about to close.....
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would! While ordering the person on the headset told me they were out of pups. I then ask for a corn dog and the lady got an attitude when I asked for a corn dog instead and told me to go to Kroger’s to get buns. I don’t understand the attitude if I didn’t know the item was out. It was very rude and unprofessional. I will not spend my money at an establishment that doesn’t respect their customers. This is the second time I came at night and got disrespectful service with majority of the items being out. Needs better management and staff very soon.

Had to edit my review, I got food here since then. The staff is just very lazy and slow, also delivered with DoorDash here at this location and twice that I got here for my order it wasn't even made yet, terrible experience both ends.

I stopped coming here Because the Food is always disgusting at this krystals. The service is just as bad. Today I thought i'd give it a chance ordered my food. Not only would a French fries burnt old and cold when I pulled up to wait on my fries.My burgers were getting cold and I ordered 6 and I only got 5 of the 6 that were ordered. I watched the girl at the window. The cashier turned her back and bent her head over into my bag like she was spitting. She was unfriendly nasty in the face looking at me sideways and instead of bringing me my fries she was going and eating food in the closed dining room walking back and forth into the diner room that was closed to the public. Then going back inside the Krystal window either you on break or you aren't on break. I pulled off with my nasty cold krystals minus a Burger and old cold fries after 20 minutes and nothing only to find out when I bit into one of my burgers all of the onions had been burnt beyond recognition. Save your money do not eat at this Krystals. Why can't management hire competent staff here.I'll go all the way to Villa Rica cause It is always awesome but not in Douglasville.... They need to train this staff out here.
