I'm a lifetime Krystal lover! Tonight I had some of the best burgers I've had in a looong time. The young lady and gentleman there made my night. The burgers were perfect, the buns were soft and the fries were not scrawny dried out twigs. They were soft and full bodied with the perfect amount of salt. I will definitely be back for more. My new nighttime comfort food,!!!! Keep it up !!!! 😁❤️

This location never has jalapeños. But advertises it on their board. The Fairburn re location has them. It seems very inconsistent as a company. Pricing is increasing for food quality decreasing

Just ordered at drive-thru and left off my fries, called attention to windows ask about my fries, and paid separate after told me the milkshake machine wasn't working had to pull forward to get order. Which finally came out..... minus my fries, tried calling, and the number listed on receipt was changed to unknown number... this is not good business

I came yesterday and I had a larger order with 3 different transactions. The manager Larry helped me tremendously. Everything was correct, and the food was hot. The customer service was great.

I recently had a great experience at Krystal’s! The manager, a gentleman working the front, was super professional and efficient. He kept everything moving smoothly, and my order was not only correct but came out fast and fresh. It’s rare to get great service and accuracy at the same time, but this location nailed it. Definitely coming back!

I ordered the Chili dogs and chili tots. Unfortunately the chili was very salty therefore ruined my whole meal. The girl at the window mumbles when repeating the back order, very unprofessional as if hates her job.
Tried to charge me multiple times for my order, this location will try to scam you so be careful. They still got my order wrong after asking me several times what I got, forcing me to park and get out (defeats the purpose of a drive though, doesn’t it) to complain to the manager who rolled his eyes and acted like he didn’t understand what I was saying. These people are ignorant, incompetent, and need retraining. How you gonna ask me 17 times what I got and still mess it up. I been here a few times since they reopened and it’s always a problem, like they’re high on drugs or just lacking comprehension abilities. I will not be back to this sketchy location.

I asked for no onions they couldn’t scrape off the onions. They hit them underneath the cheese and claim they couldn’t make them without onions. I’m not getting into how they could’ve made this, but I’m gonna leave them this review. And because since they argued with me about pulling the onions off, I just asked for a refund.
