I usually love Krystal . This time they gave me the completely wrong order and I didn't realize until I got home. When I called to see about getting something done because I wasn't going back. They were incredibly rude. Not going back to this location.

I sent my son at a sack full of Krystals (12). Truthfully, the sliders were decent however very overpriced. Will visit to satisfy cravings, seriously the price of a Krystal sliders are to high.

I visited Krystals last week for a quick snack. I ordered 4 cheese krystals. When I arrived at the window, the employee said $8.08. For 4 Krystals?!?!?!?!? This is beyond me. Now I understand things have gone up but this ridiculous!!!! I went to Publix and got a frozen box of 6 White Castles with cheese for $5.10 with a $1.25 coupon. With the prices Krystals is currently charging I will not be going back. My brain will not let me pay that much for some little sliders. I'm not!

The business signs advertise 24 hour store. The guy at the window let us wait for 10 minutes and said he'd be "right with us" IMMEDIATELY after we pulled into the drive thru, only to come back and say they're "closed for the night". Wow.. Terrible service and I bet the food is just as bad. He could have told us when we pulled up Instead of making us wait.

Got to the drive thru at 10:16. The manage was just pulling up. Still no one has taken our order. Not even an acknowledgement thru the speaker. Showing up to work on time is key for proper business management. Having to wait in the drive thru with other cars behind me like this is not good for business. I highly recommend realigning the management. Someone who actually respects their job and their customers time

Went on a Wednesday lunchtime. Food was good and service was fast. Had 7 cheese Krystal and fries. Nice and hot.

Worst krystal ive ever experienced. Absolute worst. Everytime i visit on the weekends, 20 minute wait is announced at drive thru. Management sucks.
I would have given 5 star for the service but the new guy didn't know what was going on the manager was taking orders from drive-thru and from the walk up the slushy and shake machines are broke other than that the food was good

We went twice over a 2 week period. Both times we were told the system was down. The 3rd time I drove up to order at the drive thru and there was a signed taped up that they couldn't take orders at that time. So we went back today and were told they were out of half the items we tried to order. We ordered what they had and then AFTER we paid we asked for a receipt and we were told the receipt machine is broken.

I don’t get why Krystal’s stop cooking burgers fully. Is wet soggy raw to rare the new Krystal burger? Not just this location. Same all over. It’s a refund for me.

Food was decent. Drive thru speakers too soft and then the attendant screams through it rudely to compensate for us not hearing him.

I have had noting but problems with this Krystal but today was the final time I will visit. FIrst thing is that they are very expensive compared to most Krystal's. They will put a deal on their sign and then when you try to order the deal say that their sign is old and hasn't been changed. I was very disgusted by my meal tonight. I had to ask for the fries that were included with my meal and then when I got home with my food I realized that my drink was never given to me. I paid $10 for a double krystal meal and then didn't get the drink. I personally think thats nuts that they don't do better than this.
