This must be such a wonderful place to work, everyone was in such a great mood, speaking sarcastically of course, I've never seen such a bunch of unhappy people working at the same place. Worst service as well. Steak was undercooked as well. First time I've ever been so unsatisfied with longhorns.

The food here is generally pretty good. It is the best steakhouse in town. I ordered their long pour classic margarita and it was weak and which is why I'm giving the food a 4. We had the spinach artichoke dip. I had the half rack of ribs with fries and corn on the cob. My husband had the sirloin with mushrooms, mac and cheese, and broccoli. The food was delicious. The atmosphere is a typical cowboy theme with country music playing but I can ignore that because of the food. Our server was nice and prompt with water refills and checking back without hovering. I wish I remembered her name because she was great.

After traveling home from a long hot day,my experience with this restaurant was amazing. We were immediately seated, the waitress took our order in a timely manner with a friendly attitude. The food was seasoned perfectly, the drinks were really good. The amount of food received for the price was also good. This was my second time eating at a Longhorns and I must say I was not disappointed.

Showed up at 9:15pm (they close at 10) and the bartender treated me like it was 2 in the afternoon... didn't make me feel rushed or like she was ready to shut it down.... GREAT SERVICE and the food was damn good! Longhorn doesn't miss on the ribeye!

Unfortunately Long Horn I feel has slipped. Over seasoned food, cold/Luke warm baked potatoes, and just lack luster service over all.

The take-out was very good 2-3 years ago. Customer service still very good. However, the food not so good this time... Ordered well done steak - received burnt steak. Ordered crispy brussel sprouts - received non crispy tasted like fried over brussel sprouts. Bread - tasted old.

Service was great! Atmosphere was nice! All the food was good, except the steaks. The steaks had too much gristle in them and they had a large amount of pepper on them. We will ask questions next time or order something else.

Worst service ever, management is useless and will only make excuses for unacceptable behavior from their employees. When u mess up, Compensate my loss and and actually be empathetic with your supposedly valued customers. The patients are running the asylum. Stay clear of this location, TX Roahouse has better food and srevice.

Don’t be surprised if the Flo’s Fillet comes out like a flank steak….. marketing a beautiful round steak for it to come flat and asymmetrical is a disgrace.
