We brought my mother here for dinner and it was perfect. We all ordered steaks cooked different ways and they nailed them all. Our server, Chloe, was great. She got everything correct and was very attentive to our needs. We will revisit this location.

My Sister and I had dinner. She had the Parmesan Crusted Chicken. I had the Parmesan Crusted Salmon. Both entrees were delicious. Cloe’ was our waitress. She was friendly, polite and a great waitress. The experience was wonderful!

Service was impeccable. I unfortunately don't remember the name of the waitress but she was great. Had a party member come late and she paid attention and delivered drinks and bread quite literally the second they sat down and expedited their food.

Do you love Longhorn? Me too!! Today wasn't so much love in the air. I visit my home store in Douglasville today about the hype of the lamb chops being back. Today experience wasn't so good. Ms.D gave my husband attitude when he told her his lamb chops had an after taste. Then I had the same bad taste. She wouldn't refill our tea just bad customer service. Finally Ms.Essie came to the table heard our complaint she did offer to replace my meal. I was so disappointed because the waitress made me feel like I mess up the meal. Ms. Essie heard my complaint that I frequent this location over 35 years due to Lornhorn is my FAVORITE steakhouse and I never had a complaint or bad service at this location. She came back to the table like a Boss and remade my food and drinks and removed the cost. I'm forever grateful for her. I never complain about food I'll just stop going to the restaurant. With that being said thank you Ms.Essie for keeping Douglasville Longhorn my FAVORITE steakhouse. See you again soon.

Today I stopped by to work on a personal project and eat an appetizer. Jordan was the waitress assigned to me and she was very professional and timely in the way she did her job. I had a positive experience and plan to return in the future. I give them five stars!
Until yesterday, this location set the standard for what I wanted from a steakhouse in this price range. I happily told many people to eat here and they enthusiastically enjoyed similar above average satisfaction. Then yesterday happened. Under the leadership of Danny who identified himself as the manager, I got some of the worst food for a takeout order ever! Overcooked appetizers, missing appetizer, and spoiled vegetables! Note: my steak was great. Danny could care less and his response was insulting. I did not call to beg for a replacement, or beg for a refund, simply to inform him of the occurrence which he effectively communicated to me was a non issue after demanding photo evidence. Too bad this is who the company has as leadership. Are they going out of business? I hope so, Douglasville residents deserve better!

Longhorn usually has great Steaks. I prefer Ribeye med rare to med well but this location is trash. I’ll drive an extra 20miles plus and visit Camp Creek or Mt. Zion location. They have NO FLAVOR, I even tried asking for extra season that didn’t work. The chicken tenders are usually good but it can be a hit and miss too. When I go there, I usually go for cheat days but there is no seasoning each time. I even put a request to add extra seasoning.
