I won’t order from here again. They close at 11PM I placed an order 10:40 and they called and told me that they are canceling my order because it’s too close to closing time and they already cleaned up but if your business hours say 11PM close time then they should have still accepted my order that I placed at 10:40 that’s bad business.

This is one of the best pizza places near me. The toppings on the pizza are bigger than their competition. I added a few things to the Greek Salad. I am sad to see the big sit down area was closed off but they do still have tables to sit down if you don't want to take it home. Staff was very friendly and helpful!👍👍👍👍👍

I have to say normally this location gives great service, but after my last two visits the lie detector determined I was telling a lie. The service is just garbage and I can’t take it anymore.

Waited 25 minutes past the quoted time for my order only to be told the store couldn’t accept a $50 dollar bill because the store didn’t accept them. I was advised that I could walk to the dollar general and get change. After already waiting an additional 25 minutes and being told that they couldn’t give me back the $20 change, I just concluded that customer service isn’t what it use to be and cancelled the order.

Every time I order a salad from here, they always missed an ingredient(s). I can understand once, but I barely order and this happens every time. Then my salad had brown lettuce at the bottom & a lil brown juice. I asked them to remake it, the manager agreed, but employees convinced him that it was the oxidation. I stay 5 mins away, how much oxidation should have occurred when I placed the order upon leaving my house. I get to work and bit into a sour salad! Ingredients on salad and pizza were not fresh. What happened to this place?! I called the mngr about the salad and he agreed to remake it for me the next day, but I thought about it, & I do not want them making me sick. They need an thorough inspection.

We normally have a great experience with Marcos but tonight's order was terrible. One of our pizzas was not cut at all. And the contact us form on their website doesn't work. Delivery was fast and the driver was nice.
Will NEVER order from here again. I have been a loyal customer giving them chance after chance. They hire a bunch of smart mouthed rude teenagers. My pizza has been wrong several times and when I call to complain I have been cursed at as well as hung up on. They do not care about their customers at all. NEVER again. They need to close this place down, the owner clearly doesn’t give a crap about its customers. I’m disgusted by how I have been treated and hung up on and cursed at. Absolutely crazy. They won’t see another dime of my money.
