The food is good and I love eating there but today when I had a chili dog combo I sat in a really good light and noticed that the chairs are filthy. I could see how dirty from across the room. I know that they are having a hard time with staff like everyone in the food industry but they home office really needs to pay someone to clean the chairs. Luckily or unluckily I noticed this before I ate a hotdog with my hands so I could clean my hands.

This location used to be good, but like everything else in douglas county it has gone down hill.
Served me spoiled gravy. Literally smelled like rotten milk when I opened it. Someone is scooping that out of a tin without even noticing

Hire more people. The busiest breakfast place and now we have to pay $20+ for breakfast then wait a hour just to get a sad undercooked biscuit...

Chicken filet sandwich and hash browns were hard dark and overcooked. I’ve eaten here maybe twice in the past and all was well. I’m not sure what happened this morning but I wasted money $7.16 to be exact. I had to trash it.

This location is absolutely terrible. They need new management. I know its hard to find good help these days but the past few times I have gone, the service is terrible. It shouldn’t take 10+ minutes in a drive-thru for breakfast. Currently in the drive-thru now and its been 15 minutes since I got in line with only one in person ordering before me and I am still not to the window.
I have only ever went inside one time, but there are probably 8-10 employees. 4 in the front taking orders and handing them out, another 4 making the food (biscuits, bacon, etc) and ONE employee putting all the sandwiches together. Indescribably inefficient. Took 15-20 mins to get one biscuit. The only reason I went inside was because the employee that took the my order in the drive-thru couldn’t get my order correct after I repeated it multiple times.
Food is usually good but it seems it would be better use of my time to drive 10 more minutes out of the way to a different location.
Corporate needs to address this location ASAP

The slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited. It literally took 45 minutes to get my food in the drive thru.

When traveling due to work, I really do miss home cooked meals. I always try to find places where the locals go and are non chain food restaurants. I was in Douglasville not too long ago and found Martins restaurant. It literally took me back to my kitchen back home . Let me tell you I’m a huge fan of breakfast, and this place hit the spot. I really recommend it. If you like comfort foods that taste like you just cooked it out your own kitchen.

Food is still good but don't expect to go your food quick (even when the line inside or outside is short. Management sure ain't what it was!

Martins used to be the best place to get breakfast but ever since Covid the service has gotten absolutely terrible, they open whenever the people feel like showing up for work not at 5 like they’re supposed to, the restaurants have gotten filthy and now the food is just mediocre at all of their restaurants. It’s unreal how they’ve gone from 5 stars to 1 star in the past few years. The problem is they’re still trying to hire people for $8 an hour and can’t get anyone decent to work for those kind of wages now days when all other fast food places pay twice that. If they don’t make some changes they’ll be out of business in 5 more years. And this is coming from someone who used to eat there almost everyday for 40 years to now I only go there 2 or 3 times a year and I know other people who’ve said the same. I hope upper management sees this and it wakes them up so they can offer better wages to attract decent people and fire all these sorry people they have working in all of their restaurants currently.

Just don't. Ordered two 1/4 bacon burgers with fries and drinks and a side of grits. Guy couldnt figure out how to place the order. Would turn away while we were ordering then would ask again what we wanted. Just seemed like he was hired 5 minutes ago. Got 2 of what I suppose was a burger. No bacon, flooded with mustard dripping everywhere. That's all you could taste. Fries soggy. Grits were literally water with a few specks sprinkled in and a kraft singles thrown on top that never melted. The dining room is disgustingly filthy. The only clean thing was the window near us beckoning us to leave. Will not ever come back. Heading to Taco bell now because explosive diarrhea later is much more appealing than eating here.
