Trash. Manager who worked the register in the first window was at least pleasant. The girl in the second window was angry that I changed my mind for my sauce. I waited 45 min (for my kids because kids love Mcdonalds) so just hand me the damn buffalo sauce. Fish filet had 1/2 slice of cheese… trash.

By far the WORST McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, if they aren’t forgetting things in your order it’s the disgustingly rude people that work there. Very unprofessional a worker was cursing and all at a customer. Just disgusting. I told my family and friends to never go to that McDonald’s. The management needs to have better training and don’t just hire anyone.

One block away a billboard advertising 2 b/fast sandwiches for $2.99. So I pulled in, walk to the nearest entry door & it was locked, so I walked around the building to another entry. Kiosk ordering was evidently all they want customers to use but not all worked & NO $2.99 deals popped up at all. So I stood in front of the regular ordering registers where 3 different indifferent ladies looked at me but ignored my presence & all walked away, back into the food prep area. Another customer lost.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. they take absolutely forever to make a simple order. I ordered just a bun and it took them 10 minutes to complete my orderm if you're thinking about eating at this McDonald's just don't. go anywhere else

If I could’ve given this location ZERO stars, I definitely would have. I’m already not a McDonald’s eater on a regular but I wanted to try the new grinch meal for the pickle flavored seasoning so I figured we’d have McDonalds for dinner this one time. This location was the ABSOLUTE WORST place I could’ve chosen to order from. All the workers and management seemed to be very young so there was quite a bit of horsing around although the line was wrapped around the building….the person who took my order was very young, non attentive, and slightly rude. On top of, all 3 orders (we ordered 3 different meals) fries were undercooked AND cold - the chicken in the wraps was cold - and so were my nuggets in the grinch meal! We literally spent $30, didn’t eat our food, and had to go somewhere else to order more food! I tried calling the location multiple times only to get an operator message saying their number isn’t in service. It’s the next morning and I’m literally on my way back there with most of our food in hand, to request atleast a partial refund! This is absolutely ridiculous and evidence as to why I don’t eat there….i literally only went this one time in yearrrrsss for the grinch meal which I probably would’ve really enjoyed had I been able to add my seasoning to hot fries or even a nugget!

If you are reading this, go someplace else because I think molasses moves faster then this crew. Waited about 20 with really no good reason. Asked a young lady about coffee and she was going to check, well I never saw her again. I watched them lift fries out early twice which resulted obviously under cooked fries and the burger I ordered was dry and not even close to being correct.
Whoever the owner is, you better pay attention to these reviews. It seems a pretty consistent theme here. Crappy food and service. So unfortunate, I love McDonald's fries!
I would NEVER return to this one and if you are considering, go someplace else.
This was my worst ever experience with a McDonald's. Ordered a hamburger kids meal. The hamburger was dried out, the bun hard as a rock and it had MAYO and a tiny tomato on it. NO, I didn't order this. The mayo was overflowing and had mayo all over the wrapper. We were told there was no unsweetened tea. Then we were told yes there was. Then the manager gave us water and priced it as tea. Don't come here if you want McDonald's normal food and service.

My food sitting up there for 40 minutes. I ordered curbside pickup and it was just sitting in the front the whole time. I ordered ahead just so I wouldn’t go through the same stuff they always do, but yet again y’all prove to me y’all can’t even have basic customer service. It wasn’t until I kept staring down the manager that she finally came up front to give me my food. Now if I wasn’t raised right, it would be wrong if I go behind the counter and get my food right? Oh igh. Throw the whole restaurant away cause clearly y’all didn’t learn the first time when y’all gave me a mcribbigmac and yes they put Big Mac sauce, lettuce, and a Big Mac bun on my mcrib. Did I ask for that? No I did not but yet here we are again. I know y’all gonna delete my comment like y’all did last time. So again, throw this locally restaurant away.

I have not been to a McDonald's since COVID and let me tell you. The food at this location was delicious. Very clean place.The staff fast and friendly... So if you want fast service stop on by....

Slow service, bad attitude..Smdh Please have Self control if you go in this establishment cause you gonna need it🙄…. Slow response to customers. And they forgot my nuggets even tho it was only 2 customers in the building. And of course the shake machine, frappe, and ice cream machine not working.

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband stopped by here Thursday night and got the worst looking burger I've ever seen. The bun was hard and the patty was burnt! He wasn't even able to eat more than a bite and on top of that he got very sick!
