Nothing but little kids running these places and can’t do theyre job right. I ordered breakfast and they canceled once I got up there. Very much inconvenience and they didn’t even care to help. Why take my order and place it if y’all gone throw it away and say y’all aren’t serving breakfast anymore. I’ve done this in Atlanta and I always get my food no matter if it’s pst breakfast. DOUGLASVILLE STORES, RESTAURANTS REALLY SUCKS! PRICES ARE TOO HIGH AND FOOD IS NASTY! So ready to move back to Atlanta where they actually care about the quality of your food ! OH AND LET ME NOT FORGET! LINE IS ALWAYS LONG! Your think you were at Chick-fil-A

I stood at the front counter for about 5 minutes and not a single employee said anything to me. The food here is mediocre and the service is absolutely terrible

I went inside the establishment and placed my order on the kiosks. I paid for my order at the cash register and waited to be called. As I was standing, I did not see a whole lot of customers inside the establishment. I did see a long line of cars in the drive thru line, multiple staff in the establishment talking and laughing not focusing on the orders in a timely fashion. I waited almost 20 minutes for a $5 order. I normally go to Ponce De Leon location because they are always professional and I never had to wait so long for my order. Chapel Hill please do better!
