This McDonald’s is normally on point, but it’s sad to say that there was a black ghetto manager that when I went inside to place an order and didn’t order at kiosk because I had a substitution she had the nerve to say Oh God! Like really? She definitely needs to be spoken to because how unprofessional can you be. So of course I left.

When we arrived there was only 1 car in the line. We patiently waited 10 minutes to order our food, realizing the car in front of us continued to order food(or more sauces) at the payment window. Once our order was finally taken we had to wait on the Lexus to complete their conversation with the cashier. After paying the cashier we have now been in 25 minutes. Instead of directing the Lexus to park in a Spot and wait for their food we sat and waited an additional ~10 minutes before they received their food and shmooze some more with the window attendant. For some odd reason he had shared his cash app information with the customer in front of us ? made me wonder if he was also selling drugs through the window. We watched all the while our drinks sat in the window getting watered down. When we got to the window I asked for a fresh soda considering I watched it sit for so long and received an attitude from the guy working the window. We got in line around 8:45 and did not get our TWO COMBOS until 9:25 and our food was luke warm when received. We will not be returning to this location for a long while. Hopefully management can get some better employees here.
