I’m extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Moe’s. The quality has dropped so badly that it doesn’t even feel like the same restaurant anymore. The chips were absolutely disgusting — stale, greasy, and smelled like they’d been cooked in old oil that hadn’t been changed in far too long. I couldn’t even eat them!

I ordered a medium guacamole, and it was just as bad. It was overwhelmingly salty and tasted completely off. There wasn’t a single piece of tomato in it, which made the texture mushy.For the price, it was a total letdown.

On top of the food issues, the restaurant itself had a rundown feel. It honestly seemed like the location might have changed ownership or management, because the standards are nowhere near what they used to be.

The staff didn’t help the experience either. They seemed uninterested, unprofessional, and not focused on cleanliness or food quality at all.

Overall, this location has gone downhill in a major way. Between the poor food, the lack of cleanliness, and the decline in service, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone until some serious changes are made.

One of the best Moes locations I have been too. Guys were super friendly and hilarious. Any time I’m back around Douglasville area and have a craving for moes I will definitely come back to this one!!

I’ve visited this location several times at different times of the day and the service is always bad. I order online and come pick up my order and it’s never ready at the estimated time.

The staff working today 10/1/25 needs to be retrained or more oversight needs to happen. I eat at this Moe's probably about once a month, and while the lines can be slow the food is usually good. Today the food was stale.

The chips were stale and cooked in old oil (you could taste it). The rice was hard and either stale or undercooked. The green and red salsa from the bar were fizzy from the beginning signs of fermentation.

I like Moe's and I like this Moe's most of the time. But today, the food we had there was unacceptable. I hope this was an isolated incident.

we made an online order that was supposed to be ready at 4:40 (it wasn’t but i understand). We walk in and the worker is sitting down and decides to get up to make it after we walk in. takes 30 minutes to finish our food after the pickup time (4:40), which is understandable if it was busy, but it wasn’t. we finally get the food and the worker missed half of the stuff that was supposed to be on my bowl. no guacamole, queso, cheese, onion, sauce, corn salsa. i had to get them to fix it but its irritating when they clearly didnt put any effort in to even try to finish my order. the place was also dirty and some areas seemed like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Anyways, i totally understand stuff happens but this was ridiculous.

After getting my burrito bowl and salsa cups ---just 1 day later the salsa cups had swollen up to almost 2-3 times it's size ...For those who may not know what swollen containers indicate, it's usually food spoilage. It happens with meat containers, milk, juices. Swelling of food packaging or containers means 'food has spoiled'. In addition, the next day after, I had a cold sore accumulate around my mouth. I am not sure if these people are not washing their hands or not utilizing food safety, but now I understand why this place is always empty ! Eat elsewhere !

Ordered the moe meat moe cheese bowl online. Ive ordered it before to know I this is not correct. Coming to Moe's because they didnt use to short you like Chipotle does but now it seems they're just as bad.
