Moe's Southwest Grill

After getting my burrito bowl and salsa cups ---just 1 day later the salsa cups had swollen up to almost 2-3 times it's size ...For those who may not know what swollen containers indicate, it's usually food spoilage. It happens with meat containers, milk, juices. Swelling of food packaging or containers means 'food has spoiled'. In addition, the next day after, I had a cold sore accumulate around my mouth. I am not sure if these people are not washing their hands or not utilizing food safety, but now I understand why this place is always empty ! Eat elsewhere !

Ordered the moe meat moe cheese bowl online. Ive ordered it before to know I this is not correct. Coming to Moe's because they didnt use to short you like Chipotle does but now it seems they're just as bad.

This place is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t say I would go back it needs a serious cleaning and probably a remodel.

My momma raised me on the ideology that when u walk into a moes they supposed to say welcome to moes
You know I’d probably give them a tip if they’d say it too!
Also the soda machine gave me like 4 different flat flavors and that was disappointing

I sat in my car while my 16 year old son wait 20 min to order and there was absolutely NO one in line but him. After waiting so long I decided to get out of the car and go inside and ask why no one has taken his order, it was 3 women standing around and looking and one lady replied she was fulfilling online orders.
Not sure when online order take priority over in face customers.
They need training

The gentlemen working were fast, attentive and friendly, not just to me but the line of others as well. Food was good. Tables could have used a wipe down but otherwise 5/5 for service

Rude young white girl with an attitude sent me on my way to Chipotle. I work too hard for my money to spend it where I'm treated like that. Have some basic manners.

The last two times I was in Moe’s was September 28th 2024 and I went in there about 7 PM to order some food but they were putting the food away so then I wasn’t able to get what I wanted because I did say y’all close at nine or whatever time it was it was later and I wasn’t gonna go back anymore so I tried it again and October 26, 2023.. and when I was there this last time and again it was in between 7 PM 7:30 PM around that time and when I went in, they were out of so much stuff that I didn’t have any choices for my vegetable bowl. I don’t know if it’s the people y’all have and hiring in the young group of people, but the customer service is awful. I don’t even know if I will be going back to that most again that’s how turned off I am of it. My opinion which I know everyone has one
But Customer Service and the preparing of the food has went down significantly more Service training probably would be good for your employees! I was very disappointed because I like Moe’s but I refuse to spend my money where it’s BAD Customer Service?
