Some oboe another person’s burrito was placed in my bag. I called the store and they literally never picked up. The phone would ring, go to music, ring more, music again for 7 mins. Then someone picked up and hung up.

i could tell the queso was old like it had been sitting out and at the register i ask if they had any fresh queso that doesn't look yellow and the guy had the young guy pull one out that he made earlier which was yellow in tint also. Which to me makes the queso taste horrible and makes me feel like im wasting my $5.00. I come to this one because they are nice and dont over charge me like the moes in my hometown not impress this time.

So much going on in this place. First, the one female in the place was giving one gentleman a hand massage. I could see the frustration with the one staff member who WAS working. The young lady was cleaning off the stove with filthy water. The gentleman pretended to look busy while they continued to converse. Then another female worker came in with some bags and gave it to the young lady who was cleaning the stove. She opens the bag and begins eating (asking the gentleman who was looking busy, if he wanted some). It was Strawberry ice cream! She is eating and cleaning simultaneously! Forgot to mention that they had no Kaiser salsa, only 3 El Guapo salsa, the place was a mess, and there was an open laptop on the table.

Went for lunch and wasn’t greeted at all customer service was horrible. And bathroom was so nasty no toilet paper . Just all around horrible experience . Literally stood there 10 mins and was bypassed several times then as others came in they were greeted .. won’t be back

The first time we visited this location I left a positive review. It was the typical Moe's experience, great food and good service. This last time we visited was probably the worst Moe's visit we've had in some time. The service wasn't terrible, but it also wasn't great. The main issue was with the portions of food received. We eat at Moe's fairly often and visit many locations so we have a good idea of what to expect when ordering a bowl and this was not it. It's not an exaggeration to say that we were given MAYBE half of the portion size that is typical with what we ordered. When you can barely find any rice amongst the beans, thats not a good sign. We had to ask for more meat, which we never have had to do before, because of the measly amount that was scooped into our bowl. After a few looks between the workers and slight hesitation they assuaged our request, fortunately without any additional charge, but this did little to make up for the lack of other ingredients. The quality of the food wasn't bad, although their chips were stale (also another first for Moe's). We might give it another try when different employees are working and I will update my review accordingly.

It's quick, friendly service. A weeknight go to for sure. They may need to remodel soon. I wish they would put grilled mushrooms back on the menu.

Went to pick up my online order and it was ready almost 30 minutes past the quoted time. Missing salsa and the sauces, the order wasn't correct when we got home. They kept asking what the name on the order was, meanwhile the entire line emptied out multiple times. We were not greeted and all the chairs were up on the tables already at 7:50pm. I'm not sure how a crew of 4 people that I saw can't do their job or pretend to care. This location should close. Poor service, poor freshness on the food, etc. Would never recommend this location to anyone I care about.

I went tonight to get dinner. (1/28/24) There were three employees behind the glass. None of them greeted us. None of them smiled. They looked like someone died. I asked if they were having a good night. She said no and Said they were having a bad night. They Did not want to serve us. As I gave my order they reluctantly put the foods in my bowl. They Ignored me when I asked them to add pico. She stood there and stared me down. Said she was wanting to close early to get out of there. I said you know what- forget it. You obviously do not want to serve us. I said We are leaving. I have NEVER seen such poor customer service. There was no one else in line and it was only 8pm. So, they are ripping YOUR company off by closing early and treating customers so poorly.

Horrible customer service. Rag hit ground and was picked up and put in food compartments as wiping down the bar. No one spoke!!! When asked if they were having a bad night, they said yes. They said they were understaffed. 3 employees and one customer…. So rude. We left after we asked for fresh food (lady was preclosing at 8 pm) but old food was removed and had barely anything in it. We left after we asked for pico and she just stood there. Horrible experience and it is not in my nature to write bad reviews. Horrible all around!

My rating is 4 out of 5 thanks to the help of Taneer. It would have been way less of it wasn't for her excellent customer service.A few weeks back, my husband and I ordered from this location but since it was an online order, they had the bags sealed. When my husband arrived home, we noticed both of our orders were made incorrectly. I called back immediately to see what our options are and were told they have new staff and due to the inconvenience, will refund us for our online orders. I followed up days later to only speak with a manager named Amanda that reassured me that the general manager would be taking care of the refund but at the time they were extremely busy with catering orders. I followed up 2 more times, both times speaking with others reps with no guidance on when the general manager would eventually refund us.I made a decision to contact corporate and they informed they wouldn't be able to provide a refund but would credit both mine and my husband's account since the others were placed on our individual accounts.We decided to give then another try and use our credit only to find out they credited my account for my order but not my husbands. At this point, I went back up to the establishment. I spoke with Taneer, the lead for the evening. She listened and remade my husband's order (mine didn't need to be remade since I was using my credit). I truly appreciate her amazing customer service, making sure that this situation didn't continue to go on. I myself work in sales and services and customer service is so important, especially when the error is not the customers fault!
