I've been coming here for over 5yrs.The flavors service, & overall moral is gone. I still eat the soup when im under the weather. So I an placed a phone order for soup. The soup is $14(ok, thats a bit different, clearly inflation). First strike was that they only offered one size soup(I see the menu selections but okay).Then once my partner got back with my order; there were no chips. I called back to let them know. 2nd strike was no chips came with the soup. I stated the soup has always came with chip, when did the change the policy? He said they didn't come with chips, then small voice spoke in the background. So I asked why did you send salsa, if th soup doesn't come with chips? He then said "oh well, I forgot your chips" & hung up the phone. Entertain the establishment AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Food ok on super bowl Sunday. Carnita dip was cold but heated up in microwave when I found my "bartender" and let him know. When not given a check, just verbally told what my total was, I handed him $60, 3 $20s, and asked for a printed copy of the check, expecting change so I could tip approximately. Nope. I've lived in Douglasville for almost 40 years now. Been a Montereys customer for 3 decades. Will go to La Salsa from now on. Not because of food, ( though dip was cold, it happens and got fixed) service. I have been a restaurant manager at O'Charleys and a GM at Scofflaw Brewery for almost 2 decades now. Unacceptable.
