This has to be the worst Hibachi and Veggie spring roll I have ever had. It doesn’t even have the Japanese taste. It’s super bland! There was no ginger sauce which is very easy to make from scratch, the teriyaki sauce was watery and weird tasting, and my food was cold. Had to cook it over to get it close smh.

My family has been eating here for years but due to the last 2 visits we won't be back. We ordered 40 wings with fries yesterday and were so disappointed. The wings were almost refrigerator cold and seemed as if they had been recooked. I was told that the sauce that was sitting on top of the wings would eventually "melt." When I took one out to taste it the two ladies in the front were watching me as well as two guys from the kitchen peeking. It made me feel like something was wrong with the wings because at that point I had not said anything about them that would have made them watch me taste them. After I took the wings to the car to show my husband, he tasted one and we took them back inside. When I told the cashier what the issue was she said that she didn't know why they would be like that then proceeded to just stand there. I asked if a manger was there she said "no but I can call her." She took out her cellphone, walked around the corner, then came back and said "I called her." She said that the manager told her they could recook them but they were probably cold because we waited too long to pick them up. We were told the wings would be a 15 minute wait when we ordered them, we picked them up in 20 minutes. A 5 minute difference would not have made the wings as cold as they were (so cold the sauce wouldn't "melt"). If they were that cold because we were too late, wouldn't the sauce have melted when they first cooked the wings? After remaking them the sauce melted before they even brought them out of the kitchen.

Placed an order online for a chicken Philly and wings. The chicken Philly was awful. I ordered the sandwich with everything except tomato and it came with just chicken and cheese. I did not notice until I arrived at my home. I did not return it as it was pouring down rain and it's not around the corner. I will most likely not visit again.
I normally don't leave reviews but I feel like this should be left. I got this place as recommendation for great wings, and they had 4.5 stars, awesome. I go in check the menu out, place my order with the lady up front(who was nice) go sit down to wait for my order long enough to pull my phone out and count 2 cockroaches just crawling around the floor. My instant thought was "get a refund". I HATE causing a scene. I go up and apologize for doing so but asked for a refund and to cancel, the lady didn't seem irritated by my request. She just said "yeah" and I walked out. As I was leaving the bugs were still there just crawling around like normal. I didn't want to see more but that was all I needed to know I didn't want to chance my food being prepared in a unsanitary environment. Really bad first impression.
