NaNum Chicken Factory

I could have just gone to McDonald's for the same thing at a quarter of the price. Chicken Factory is no longer fresh good quality food. The tenders we got were injection Chicken.

This place use to have amazing fresh made to order breaded Chicken tenders

Unfortunately, this is no longer Nanum. It’s an American Deli and there’s a dramatic difference.The two gentlemen that used to run it are gone and the food quickly took a turn for the worst. Gone are the days of the fresh, juicy tenders and hot fries. Now, I was served “chicken strips” that literally reminded me of “chicken paper” - after being told by the employee that the recipes had not changed. Also, my wings had an unpleasant smell which caused me to throw them away.Sadly, a new place I grew to love is now gone. If you like regular American Deli, this should work for you.

Hard to believe that the service has fallen the deal is lousy on the part of the people who are now taking orders apparently they are Chinese the young man doesn’t know how to take orders he doesn’t understand English the same the girl was better the service when the Hispanic boys were the lemonades with rancid flavor and ah that add that they take time to cook the food since there is only a cook the dressings spoiled the oils of the fryers disgusting as they can sell so the food they leave you waiting to take the order to answer the phone the presentation of the Very misaligned cashier dirty tables THE SERVICE WAS BETTER WHEN THE 2 BROTHERS WERE IN FRONT OF THE KITCHENAnd they close at 7:30 when they used to close 8:45 TERRIBLE TREATMENT OF THESE NEW PEOPLE

Too me they shut Zaxby’s down… Always fresh and the best Tenders I have had by far.. This is a weekly regular for me. I love to see them freshly cook them tenders ?
