I just tried calling to ask if they can hold a few bundts for me til I got off work. They close at 8 but I'm off at 8 but was leaving a few minutes early just to pick these up. I explained to the person that answered the call that I couldn't reserve the pick up time on my app. She said the only way they would hold them was if I give my card information over the phone. Are you insane????? . I hung up immediately. In this day in time why would any company ask that???

I was at an event today where NBC was contracted to provide mini cakes for the participants. The lemon cake was wonderful!!! The texture was amazing and that cake was delicious. The icing was wonderfully lemony and not too sweet. I live down the street from the Chapel Hill location and will definitely be making it in to try their carrot and red velvet cakes. :)

Zero stars!!!

Unfortunately Douglasville didn’t cut it! Well maybe they did. The Bundt cake was nothing of consumption. There was little to no icing and it was nothing like the presentation I would have received from Smyrna & Kennesaw. They are always 10/10- chef’s kiss!
Listen you all must do better! This is food that should be consumed in a healthy manner. The staff, aloof, not so much interested in my arrival, and not truly knowing the product. As much as I purchase bundts cakes, I could have come to back and did a much better presentation than they did!
Train your staff, retrain your staff because the unprofessionalism was horrific.
Lastly check your bundts before selling “Ray Charles” could see that this wasn’t right!
I’ll never visit here again.

I arrived earlier this evening and waited patiently as two staff members managed the register. One of them appeared to be “on duty” but was merely leaning against a table while using her phone, while the other operated the register. At no point was I greeted upon entering, nor was I offered any assistance or asked if I had any questions—even as one of them assisted the customer ahead of me.

When it was finally my turn, I received no acknowledgment or courtesy; the register attendant continued her work as if I were invisible, while the other remained preoccupied with her phone. I inquired whether the cooler’s contents were the only available options and asked if they offered any vegan choices. Their responses were neither warm nor engaging, giving the impression that they were too absorbed in their tasks to care about my concerns. This dismissive attitude not only felt rude and disappointing but also resulted in a lost sale.

Customer service exists to assist and respect each customer, regardless of how trivial a question might seem. I sincerely hope that the management recognizes the importance of offering consistent and courteous service to every patron, as this is essential for maintaining the support of your small business.

This review isn’t about the quality of the cakes but rather the customer service provided by the staff, who represent this business. I understand that everyone has off days, but good customer service is essential to gaining and retaining customers. Unfortunately, the lack of attentiveness and enthusiasm in assisting me left a negative impression. Because of this experience, I’ll be taking my business to a different Nothing Bundt Cakes location where I feel more valued as a customer.

Do not ever order from this location. I called on Nov 5, 2024 to simply confirm my order and whoever the lady employee was that answered the phone, was so unprofessional and rude. All I was trying to do was check the status of my delivery order and she told me that this wasn't uber or doordash and they can't see if it delivered or not. She had the nastiest attitude and I simply just called customer service to cancel my order because she was so nasty.

I made the unfortunate mistake of opening the door 2 minutes after 6pm today and got screamed at by the lady behind the counter. I'm sorry that I tried to come in after you closed, but there were like 6 people already in there being helped and did not see the hours of operation. All you had to do is not be rude.

The service here has really fallen since they changed hands. Not sure what happened to the friendly lady that was there all the time now she’s gone her name was Tiff now we go in and there is a very dry personality there I asked her name they told me Ciera she had a dry personality no way to invite customers back. I spoke with a new hirer recently and she mentioned how she was looking for another job since this place can’t get it together with the hours they work. As a boss you all need to give those hours because we all have to make a living and those kids you hire feel used they have bills to. I seriously recommend that you higher ups get it together before you loose employees because I see all new folks in there and they are not happy. I really loved Tiff she was a hard worker and a people person and she was at our business promoting that business and make that place a lot of money she was very good for that company regardless how anyone feels. Just want to high light the dry personality Ciera, how and why? I’m a boss and I listen to my employees because they are an important part of our team but it has been mentioned that this
Ciera ignores issues brought to her and dis values all employees. I have hired several of the ones who left that company and the are exceptional workers. FYI your team starts with a great lead. I believe you all let her go. Bad move.

Very poor customer service. I ordered 4 of the Pineapple Bundtlets yesterday for pick up on Friday the 26th at noon. My husband went to pick them up and they said it would be another hour before they were ready. We live about 30 min away so he decided to just wait around. He went back an hour later and they said that they just came out of the oven and it would be another hour. What??!! They said they sold out this morning. How do you sell out when an order was placed the day before for pickup at noon?? Shouldn't you fulfill those orders before you sell out??!! Needless to say he didn't wait another hour and asked for a refund which they gave him but didn't offer any sort of coupon or at least a free Bundtlet for their screwup. Not to mention these were for my birthday. Needless to say Management needs to have some training at this location.

The cakes are always fresh and super moist. Staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Our favorite is the keylime but was informed it was just a June flavor of the month. We are heartbroken ? because it is truly a flavor that should be a regular.

Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Even if you arrive at a busy time they acknowledge you are there and quickly serve you. Tiffany and Paige were very helpful on my visit last week. Will definitely be going back and will refer friends and family members to this location.

Nothing Bundt Cakes has been my go to place to buy cakes for events and occasion. I like the Douglasville location for its atmosphere and the customer service. I’m always greeted and when I have questions they answer attentively. 10/10 will recommend!

My mom picked up my order last Tuesday. She encountered a worker named Tiffany, who was courteous, nice and hospitable. My mom left with a lemon blueberry bundlet and it was very good. Maybe too good because now I want another one ?.
