Truly, I don't typically like cake at all. I absolutely LOVE their Bundt cakes! My favorite is the lemon, but every flavor I've tried is delicious. The buttercream icing is soft and gives the best creamy texture to the cake. The cake itself is moist and not gritty at all. They say it's served best at room temperature, but I've found I like it best when it is chilled in the fridge. If you don't want to commit to a whole cake, definitely try their bundtinis or even their smaller bundts! Service was very friendly and efficient.

This was my first time trying Nothing Bundt Cakes. I entered the business and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful decor and lovely treats. My experience was a great! The customer service and the cakes were 4 stars. Will return when in the area! Btw I ordered the Oreo cookies and cream and White chocolate raspberry which were both delicious!

I was the very first person when they opened the doors this morning at 10am, I ordered a 8inch vanilla birthday cake and was told I would need to wait about 30minutes. After telling them I’d come back in a few hours, I came back almost 3 hours later right before the party expecting it to be ready and I had to wait 20 minutes because it still wasn’t prepared!! I’m EXTREMELY disappointed in the managers who were not there to support their staff, 2 of them were very inexperienced and had 0 support from any type of coworkers. Kiki and jasmine did the best they could and I appreciate them doing all they could with what they had to work with, very professional and apologetic for the situation. Shame on the managers for leaving them on a busy Saturday, I will not be coming back to this location.

Flew here in traffic after work on my birthday and made it in time with a few minutes to spare and the curly head brunette ran and locked the door before closing time when she saw me coming. Transaction would have takes less than a minute. Pissed and won’t return to this location!

I’ve noticed new staff recently and the customer service hasn’t been great. I used to walk in to a warm welcome, not anymore. Sad, but the cakes are still top notch! Can’t get better than these cakes!

Extremely disappointed with the quality I received yesterday. I purchased a chocolate chip cookie gluten free and it was extremely dry. Very crumbly and lacked flavor. I usually have a great experience and hate writing this review, but for what you pay, it should have been moist and tasty.

The customer service here is top notch. We had gone to dinner at Johnny's and decided we wanted a bundt cake afterwards. When we got there, they were closed. The lady came to the door and said they had just closed out but she was going to see if they could still assist us. They opened back back up for us but we could only use a card. That was too easy. We were very appreciative of them.
