Went there for dinner. First off we order 2 apps one came out then the waitress came and said that they where put of potatoe skins so I asked for cheese wadges got told that they had no sauce. On too the second thing. My wife ordered country style tender with mashed potatoes she come out and say they have no more mashed potatoes. So I asked for the manager he come out and tells us that 3 out of 4 things they had. I ordered the cajan chicken pasta and come out like a kids size. Not a very happy customer want be back there

We had lunch at the O'Charley's in Douglasville recently and there were many things that could have been better. The food was acceptable; however, the restaurant itself was really dirty. Since the restaurant opened at 11 and it was around noon, everything should have been swept and washed before any guests arrived. Our table which had been wiped clean (I saw her wipe it) was sticky. The restroom was disgusting with paper on the floor and hair in the sink. The carpets did not appear to be vacuumed with straw papers and other trash bits on the floor. The hostess was polite but there was a young man at the front who clearly did not want to be there. He was not dressed to greet customers and he his body language and attitude conveyed that he did not want to work there. The waitress was nice but a bit too talkative. It has been awhile since we've eaten at this location and I don't think we will go back. Everything was quite pricey, which isn't really too big of a deal but when the experience leaves a lot to be desired, like cleanliness, then it's not worth spending the money to eat out.

Sunday morning at O'Charley's - sat at the bat and had a wonderful meal. Stephanie the bar tender made the best Long Island Tea I have ever had. The food was yummy. It was my first time here and I had a great experience!!!

Service was awful. Had 4 tables with people when we arrived. Took 7 minutes for our server Jayden to greet us. Had to ask for silverware and napkins. Burgers were undercooked. Asked for well done and the were not well done. Plate had a large chip in it and that edge was very sharp. Broken glass at entry. Restaurant was not clean for not being busy. Workers were sitting around talking instead of making the place presentable.

Horrible service before we even got seated. Was told that it would be a 20-minute wait although only 4 tables were occupied. When asked if they were short-staffed, the waitress responded, No we're at shift change and no one wants to pick up a new table.

I don't know where to start. There was so much wrong with the Douglasville, GA location. I wish I could give them zero stars. It has been a year since we had been to that location. I was quickly reminded of why I will never go back. I wasted my hard earned money on horrible food and service. 1. We ordered our food on-line and was given a 20 minute pick-up time. My husband went to pickup the food. After 55 minutes, I decided I would call him see what was going on and he stated he was still waiting on our order to be brought out. 2. Because no one acknowledged my husband while he was waiting, he decided to go into the restaurant and I decided to call the restaurant to let them know he was waiting. I had to call 3 times before they picked-up. When I finally reached someone after being on hold forever, I politely asked to whom am I speaking with and the person on the other end responded, "I am just the hostess " and hung up on me. I didn't get the opportunity to say or ask anything. It was extremely rude. 3. I ordered a combo with shrimp and chicken fingers. When my husband arrived home with the food, the shrimp was cold and chicken fingers were burned. Also, I ordered peach and apple cobbler and paid extra for ice cream. I did not receive the ice cream and peach cobbler had this weird artificial taste. We didn't bother to eat the apple cobbler. Both cobblers arrived very cold. I wouldn't be surprised if this location closes because of poor service. My husband said there was not a lot people seated in the restaurant, but a lot of people waiting on to-go orders. It took 1 hour and 20 minutes to get a horrible and inedible meal. I strongly feel like I just gave my money away and didn't receive anything in return.

Food is no good. The rolls are not what they used to serve! Service sucks. Absolutely no customer service. Place stinks! Needs new carpet. Just avoid at all costs. Better off ordering a pizza! Just not worth the time or expense.

Came to Douglasville location to Dine - In & The service was sub par. Server took our drink orders and we left quick quickly afterwards. The energy from the server wasnt there, He didn't seem to want to take our orders. No thank you

Went in the day after Thanksgiving. Do yourself a favor and don't go here. We ordered lunch combos with loaded potato soup, the half club, steak and ribs, and a southern tender salad. The soup tasted like imitation cheese soup with a sprinkle of imitation bacon bits. The bacon on the club sandwich was close to being raw. The steak was cooked well but covered in pepper. The ribs were extremely overcooked and dry. The salads were fine. Our server was doing her best, which left a lot to be desired.

Had a nice meal at the bar on a Wednesday nite. Pam promptly offered me drinks and rolls. Good selection of drafts and chose a 420. Had the combo ribs and chix tenders meal with broccoli and asparagus. Veggies were great, tenders and sauce were yum as one would expect of a signature item. Ribs were good but I thought they were over cooked. I fairness I’m a bbq judge lol. Was a good meal overall and Pam was a great server!!

I really enjoyed my food and looks forward to going back to O'Charley's. The server was excellent. I was part of a group of six and everyone enjoyed the food.

wish I could give ZERO STARS! WORST SERVICE EVER! Was asked to wait when we walked in for another server to arrive...10 min. When seated I had to ask twice for my replacement drink cause the sweet tea was gross sweet! Took our orders and we waited a good 45 mins for our food which is decent.They brought out the food and FORGOT my mother's food!! It was the first order she took! And it's HER BIRTHDAY!! She told us it went out with a to-go order.? So we were ask to wait longer for only half the order to come out and the Steak part would be out shortly after. This is after the entire table is half way through our meal. And not to mention I was served a COMPLETELY COLD plate of fried sea food. I asked to speak to the manager and had to wait another 10 minutes just to see her for her to say she just got there and wasn't aware of what was happening. I understand being short staffed but that should never keep you from serving quality food to your guests. I will NEVER visit this location again!

Y'all are disrespecting cows! The steak was TERRIBLE!!!! The steak was not aged at all (tasted like roast beef), not seasoned, and apparently cooked in an oven so there was no sear at all on it. It was sad, and gross! The chicken tenders were good though. The bathroom smelled so strong with cleaner I couldn't even use it. I mean it's good it's clean, but what's the point if no one can breathe in there?Steak pictured is also supposed to be cooked medium.The service was great though.

I meant to add a review earlier but forgot. In February 2022, I stopped by this restaurant for lunch on my way to Florida. The food was fine but when I gave my credit card to the server to pay for my meal, someone made a fraudulent charge of over $330 to my card in addition to my meal. Be very careful about giving your card to a server. Take it and make the payment in person. This really screwed up our vacation as I had to cancel my card and it took over five months to finally convince Visa this was a fraudulent charge.
