Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

The food was all very good. Olive act6has some pretty great food, despite people online crapping on it, but it's definitely overpriced for what you get. They really nickel and dime you additions to your food. I haven't been in probably close to two years, but overall I was satisfied. Service was pretty good, she refilled several times, food came when it should and they were courteous. Food was hot, tasted good and I was very full when I left. Men's bathroom was literally disgusting, the urinals were covered in mildew and weren't dealing right, so water splashed everywhere. Drinks were okay, but overpriced and weak. Wife, son and myself was 120 before tip for 3 entrees and 4 alcoholic drinks, so not crazy, but still too much. I'll still go again because Douglasville sucks for availability of Italian food, you've got Olive Garden or Carrabba's or pizza shops. I actually prefer Olive Garden over Carrabba's though, mainly for the salad and the portion sizes. I like Carrabba's for the bread and olive oil/pepper, but they're slight more expensive with smaller portions that aren't any better than Olive Garden. Anyway, despite the complaints, we had a good meal with decent service and enjoyed ourselves, would still recommend overall

First young lady told she would be right with me waited atleast 7 minutes with anorher employee standing right next to her she says oh she can help you ,ordered my food spent over a $100 come home with my food all my alfredo meals didn't have hardly no afredo sauce and the meal was not half way fill in container but you want my money i work hard for i dont get it and i tip well . Wish some one would contact me!!!!!

This is a *much* better location than the one on East West Connector. My daughter and I stopped by the Douglasville location this week, and had the best service experience I've had in a very long time. I am a 25+ year veteran of the service industry and I must say I was impressed with Sage. She was attentive, very polite, and did an overall excellent job of taking care of us. We will definitely be back to this location again. Thank you!

My wife ordered two soups for curbside pickup. Although she called when she arrived they never brought the order out. She waited 20 minutes and finally went in. The order was right there and looked like t had been ready for a while.
Two soups and bread sticks were $24.00.
The breadsticks were hard and the soup was luke warm.
We will never dine here again!

We stopped in a few months ago and had wonderful service from Dana. We went back today, and were able to be seated in her section. Y’all! She’s the friendliest server ever. She greeted us with a big smile like we were long lost friends. Her attention to detail and suggested add-ons were fantastic! The food was good and the service was excellent.

We did delivery for the first time last night order was correct and hot delivery was accurate and fast so nice come home after a long week and relax so happy with everything will do this again highly recommend 😀 😊

I had one of the most disappointing restaurant experiences I’ve ever had at this Olive Garden. Every single item I tried to order was “out.” Not just one thing — everything I asked for. They were even out of the sweet red wine I requested.

It felt like no matter what I asked for, the staff had another excuse, and the manager’s attitude came across as careless and dismissive. I left feeling ignored, unwelcome, and honestly like my business didn’t matter.

No customer should walk into a restaurant and discover the entire menu is basically unavailable. I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope corporate takes a serious look at the management here.

Went in for dinner .. I'd given up on Olive Garden Restaurant for years now. Primary Reason was that they were never clean. Men's Room always dirty and smell bad. Eating areas were always unkept. However; this location was the complete opposite this time. Now I travel a lot as I'm retired from work. So I've been in and eaten in just about 4 or 5 Olive Garden Restaurants between Miami Florida and Washington D C. This location got it right. They served very well prepared food and hot, not warm. The drinks were well made and the ice tea was great. Our server was da'bomb!!!! Ok so look, pass your secret to the other locations between Florida and Washington D C, and there's nothing to worry about except will your dinning room hold the people.... I will get back to you really soon and very VERY soon....

My soup was not right. The vegetables were raw in some places. It did not have much chicken in it. My fettuccine Alfredo came out with noodles that were overcooked. The booth was incredibly small. I’m mid size and struggled to eat comfortably. I did notice that not all booths were like that. I’ve never seen an Olive Garden with such a weird atmosphere. It seemed as though it used to be a bar.. This OG needs a lot of love and help.
