The new steak sandwich that replaced the Prime rib sandwich is very nasty and tasteless. Don't waste your money on it. I threw mine away.

Ordered the Kookaburra wings, and they had feathers galore. The fries had lent on them. Such an unsatisfactory experience.

Waited 7 min before someone helped me at the counter, just wanted to order the brownie ice cream. Was told to go to take out, that took 28 min. The ice cream was melted brownie was cold. Refund was given, unacceptable.O

First time eating at this location in Douglasville and to say the least just beyond disappointed. Would've been better off cooking at home. Spent over $100 dollars on my son and me cause he wanted to check it out. Food was not that great at all, steaks were bland and the broccoli sucked. Restaurants in this area are seriously lacking.

i had already placed an order and came back inside to get it
after that i got a door dash for outback right before i left so i went back in to get it and some young white dudes in the back room that were cleaning up ice cream saw me come up to the to go guy. my problem isn’t with the to go guy
i have been here countless times and he always gets my order right
i guess the white guys in the back didn’t realize i was picking up an order and must not have been aware i could hear them
one of them is talking to the other guy and he says something i couldn’t hear but im assuming it was complaining about me coming in so late and thinking i was trying to place an order
but the other guy says “i know right. like uh, we’re closed. no comprende?”
im Hispanic. they were talking about me.
im almost 30 so i got my door dash and left but me 10 years ago would’ve been a different story
anyway just people know if you don’t want possibly racist people making your food then probably don’t come here.
service for to go was great
but f those little boys in the back, lol

They decided to give this place a try on a Saturday night was not very busy, but it was a horrible experience. The waiter brought out bread on the board and it still had water on it. We ordered a blooming onion that was burnt. My husband had French onion soup that was more like a broth than anything. I had a salad and it was warm not even cold. I ordered a steak dinner. The baked potato was hard and cold. The steak taste like it had been fried in chicken batter to be honest and my husband’s chicken that he had was not good either it was a horrible we called the manager over there told him our experience about everything and he agreed that some of the stuff was burnt. He took off 1099 off of our meal that was it still ended up paying $80 for food that we couldn’t even eat if I could give zero stars, I would

Im absolutely sick of ordering from here and never getting the toppings for my baked potatoes or condiments for wings, etc. when it’s included I shouldn’t have to beg for it to be put in my order. This is continuous with this location.
This location is notorious for leaving something off. Everytime I order, something is missing. It literally can't be that hard! I am so disappointed with my experience with this location.

My recent visit to Outback Steakhouse in Douglasville was quite the experience. The salmon was delicious, but the service was just okay. When we arrived, there were plenty of empty tables, but they were all covered in dirty dishes. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes despite the obvious availability, which was quite frustrating. I couldn't help but feel like I was about to eat my dinner back in the kitchen next to the sink!
It seemed like the restaurant might have been short-staffed, and seeing it in such a state was disappointing, especially when paying higher prices. While I understand inflation, if I'm paying top dollar, I expect a clean and pleasant dining environment.
In the end, it felt like we were waiting on some imaginary person to clear tables, and the experience just didn't match the cost. I hope they can improve their staffing and cleanliness because the food itself was quite good.

Overall it was good. Fried mac and cheese appetizer was poor. Steak could've been better. Host tried to cram us in where others were seated but let us move to a place that afforded a little more privacy. Good dessert.
