I called in and placed an to go order at 10:55 for a house salad with ranch dressing. The restaurant opened at 11am. The waitress said my food would be ready between 11:13-11:28. I responded and said “It’ll take that long for a salad”. She said no, it won’t. I’ll bring it out as soon as it’s ready. I just received my order at 11:32. That’s ridiculous for a salad. Oh, might I add that the order is wrong. I asked them not to put croutons on the salad and the salad is loaded with croutons.

I visit here pretty often. Food is great, I enjoy the atmosphere and the one time I had an issue with my order Frankie, the Manager, was very kind and addressed the issue. I was very pleased, because great customer service is hard to find these days.

Got In and seated fast but after placing food order it took about 25-40 minutes asked for medium well and got this hard burger with almost no juice. Overall sad experience
I rated a three because my issue was only with the food . I ordered coconut shrimp but there is no coconut on my shrimp or any type of coconut flavor and the shrimp tasted like it’s been sitting in oil. This was a waste of 30 minutes in traffic to get to something I was craving only to not be able to eat it. Very disappointing because I have had these plenty of times but never like this from Outback!!!!
