So I asked for soy sauce. Not sweet and sour sauce. I got zero soy sauce and for some reason I was given sweet and sour? And THEN, I did NOT get my Honey Chicken. Instead I got some pork looking mess? This is unusual and I don’t like it.

Overall, the food was okay, but they messed up one of the orders, and they didn't provide any soy sauce. It was my first time trying the green bean chicken, and it didn't disappoint.

On 3-20 i cane in the evening. This Young lady was rude. Never asked if she could help or say hi. She continued to fix plates for drive and would occasionally look at me. I finally said could I order and she said in a rude way “ are you ready “. As i started ordering she answered the phone and started fixing another order it wasn’t what i ordered so i didn’t move. She didn’t know the next two people were with me. I asked her was that my order again and she continued to talk on the phone and started laughing with the young lady from drive through. So the second person called me down when she opened up the box i told her that is not what I ordered. So she asked the lady who packed it ( as if she was eating the food). She said something totally different from what I ordered…. So …..SHES CAUSING THE BACK UP because she’s doing too much at once. Once she packed my food she threw it down the line ( like I was the problem). She complained about indecisive people to behind me…. Which…. They told her they were with me and her whole attitude changed. When we sat down to eat a man came from drive and said HIS receipt was right but the food was wrong… he was given all sides. And she was rude to him. And older lady had asked her how spicy was a dish and she commented “ i don’t know because I don’t eat it can i take your order “…Smh. She was doing too much.

Food is good and reliably Panda. Regardless of time of day, service is incredibly, mind-numbing slow. You frequently have to wait for multiple entrees to be cooked. Inside or through the drive thru is slow. Just be prepared. A trip and experiencing the wait here, and the Panda Bears will be extinct by the time you leave the parking lot. Probably the polar bears too. All the bears gone.
Pedro was super professional, top notch customer service and positive attitude we will always come back.

As always panda is amazing but I just wanted to say that an employee here moved a chair and for some reason it crawled up my spine and hit my ear ..kinda like scratching a chalk board , I don't think he saw my reaction but was told and he looked at me and apologized , truly no reason to but it was nice to see the thought , everyone here tonight was friendly and pleasant on top of being busy , thanks everyone for a great time ...until next time , be well ...

The new ladies working there can care less how they prepare your plate, the entrees all on top on each other and the cost continues to go up and they serve less and less food....use to b a favorite place to eat but not anymore
