The manager Katlyn runs a tight ship at this location. Her and her crew are always professional and very friendly. As far as the food goes, never disappoints. Highly recommend this location.
We just tried our best to finish off two giants plates of Americanese fare. Everything was delicious, fast and very reasonably priced especially, considering the portions. The staff is very well trained and the manager is always on top of her game. Would highly recommend a visit!
While sale volume is above expectations. This location needs improvement to meet company standards in customer service. Customer satisfaction is not good. Wait time for items is very poor after 6pm to closing and no sense of urgency. Frontline service failed to respond effectively to impact the speed of service, being friendly, communication with cooks, which need more support is critical.
