I placed an online order for a breakfast sandwich, the chipotle chicken, egg & avocado sandwich which is about $7. I come into the restaurant to pickup, I wait a couple minutes, & they call my order. Its sealed of course so I dont open it until I get home- only to find 25% of what I ordered. I literally got bread & an egg slice. How are you gonna not put the chicken, or avocado, or any of the seasoning/sauces on? That's why the sandwich is $7 ! Yet I got 50¢ worth of product, couldnt even go back to fix it because I had to go to work.

Ordered 2 pick 2 s one with a chicken bacon rancher and the potato soup the other an asiago spicy steak bagel stacker with creamy tomato and 2 iced chai tea lattes...after spending 42 and change, we were missing the creamy tomato soup, the chai tea lattes were more like milk with ice...won't be going back, just netter not to be served in douglasville, everyone has a stank attitude and no one give a flying crap about making sure orders are right after price gouging for sub par service and food.

I used to come here everyday for months. I stopped because I was constantly receiving sandwiches with numerous ingredients missing. I even recieved a sandwich with just bread, old lettuce, and sauce inside. I just dont trust the preparation anymore. It didnt happen all the time but it happened enough times. Somedays I am able to go back for a refund, but its rare. This place made me realize how much money I waste on subpar service.

I’ve been to many different Panera’s and I always get the same exact thing every time I go. This was my first time at the Douglasville location and I will NEVER go back. I started having food poisoning symptoms last night and have been suffering all day. Staff seemed careless and obviously dirty in the kitchen area!

placed an order for pickup at 5:57, got it at 6:30! went through like 3 or 4 full drive throughs. no progress on my order. wow amazing! absolutely NO sense of urgency ever. there was barely even anyone in there. this is not the first time this location has struggled so bad.

Order 1364687 I called in to let the Manager know about my Order being Completely Bad.. the Chptl Chicken had frost spots still and the oatmeal was overcooked… I informed Mr Harris who introduced himself as the Manager I was already at work and ask to be on the replacement list he chuckled and told me to make sure I hold on to the Order whenever I do come back…

Worst Panera ever. Took 15 mins to get us our meal. And it wasn't busy. Soup was cold. Bathrooms smelled horrible.

The low star ratings and negative reviews are starting to become a trend with Panera. Panera used to have great star ratings. I stopped at this location to pick up dinner. Once I got home 35 minutes later, I discovered my order was incorrect. However, I at least thought I could suffice with the soup I ordered. Nope, almost $6 for a bowl of chicken noodle soup, and it was all broth. If I wanted all broth, I could have heated the can of chicken broth I had at home in my pantry. It's bad enough that I went all day at work without lunch. And to receive an incorrect dinner order and couldn't even fall back on the soup to satisfy my hunger is disappointing. Two weeks prior, I literally had to turn around and take back a breakfast order during the Christmas holiday. Why I trusted them again is the question I'm asking myself. I can't continue to patronize this establishment

This sandwich was originally made well, BUT with cheese I specifically requested be left off. The cashier specified no cheese on the receipt as well. So I sent it back and again requested no cheese.
Ultimately, this happened: I paid $13.50 for the sandwich (This is half of a whole, the other side literally had even less inside the bun). Also they gave me plain chips (tasteless).
The taste of the samdwich is good. But the original sandwich had an reasonable amount of toppings. I'm wondering if he just took the meat off the sandwich that had cheese on it. This sandwich is ridiculous and I honestly would prefer my money back.
Not only that, I dined in and saw a lady behind me with a bountiful amount of meat on her sandwich.
This is my second bad experience at this Panera Bread. I can't waste my money here.
Finally, the floors were dirty and need to be vacuumed or swept.

Sent my order from DoorDash with the drink with no tape meaning the driver could have accessed my drink and done anything to it. It’s almost 2025 every company knows the drinks should be covered with a sticker for safety purposes. Will be reaching out to corporate so they can address as this is completely unsafe and unsanitary
