Panera is my favorite for breakfast and I will always go to this one for that meal but by the time lunch rolls around.....the restaurant has not been taken care of. Staff are nice but they lack experience in appearance of the place where they work. Breakfast food is always good...lunch food is questionable at times.

Always seem to be running behind, & very skimp on ingredients. My dad & I ordered the new Italian market salad, and they only put 5 pieces of salami and croutons.

Walked in at 9:30pm… I stood at the counter and watched a young man do something at the register and understanding that they close in 30 minutes I waited patiently.. 15 minutes later after A never even being acknowledged and B watched someone else go ahead of me and get there pick up order I decided to let the young lady clearing out the muffins who never acknowledged me and the young man dealing with the register to continue doing those important tasks and I just walked out.. I get how it is when it’s almost closing time but come on guys.. say something!

Listen when I say the salad i got was just lettuce I mean it. Was 3 pieces of tiny chicken some almond slivers & like 5 Asian croutons. We used the machine cause no one was at the counter. The place is very run down over the use & time its been opened. That for sure was the last time I will go. 12 for a salad that was that sad looking & eating in the dining area that's needing help. Nah. That was depressing. I make better salads at home. Don't give negative reviews hardly ever.

Usually the service is fairly fast but last night after waiting 25 minutes for only one drink I had to leave without it, unfortunately my money and time was wasted for something that should have taken at most 5 minutes to make.

🎉 Birthday Shoutout to Panera Bread! 🎉 June 4, 2025 better late then never. I just want to take a moment to say thank you to the kind lady at Panera Bread who made my birthday extra special. I had a coupon for a free dessert that wasn’t working at the register, and normally, most places won’t honor it if it doesn’t scan. But she didn’t hesitate. She looked at me and said, “Don’t worry about it. I’ll get you your birthday dessert. What would you like?” 💛 I didn’t catch her name, but her kindness really stood out. She went out of her way to serve me—and that small act made a big impact. It wasn’t just about the dessert—it was about being seen and treated with care. Thank you again to the sweet lady at Panera who showed what real customer service looks like. You made my day. 💐🍰
Today, the bathroom had an unpleasant smell for some reason. Under all their tables, they needed to run a broom, dustpan, or possibly a vacuum. I noticed they did laundry around 7:30 or 8:00. Other than that, things seemed fine.

I wish I would have got the girls name who took our order today around 5pm for me and my 2 little kids. She was tall and pretty, like my kids said. When I tell you she made our entire day, she did. I went to the ER for an allergic reaction this AM. It was hard to eat. So my kids and I opted for soup. She was so patient, answered all my questions, she was so sweet. And my kids adored her too and kept saying how nice and pretty she was. I had the roughest day and her kind spirit and fantastic customer service just made everything better. The food was made perfect, the soda had perfect carbonation. Lol. The entire experience was flawless. I wish I had gotten her name, but if management sees this review. Just know she is YOUR BEST ASSET. We will definitely be back bc of her. Thank you for the outstanding service. It's so hard to come by these days. Your one in a million girl ✨️🫶

I placed an online order for a breakfast sandwich, the chipotle chicken, egg & avocado sandwich which is about $7. I come into the restaurant to pickup, I wait a couple minutes, & they call my order. Its sealed of course so I dont open it until I get home- only to find 25% of what I ordered. I literally got bread & an egg slice. How are you gonna not put the chicken, or avocado, or any of the seasoning/sauces on? That's why the sandwich is $7 ! Yet I got 50¢ worth of product, couldnt even go back to fix it because I had to go to work.
