Ordered delivery and the pizza looked like it was thrown on the ground. Then when I tried to call the store I sat on hold for an hour without ever speaking to anyone. Terrible service and inedible pizza.

Wish I could leave zero stars, but that’s not an option. Ordered here via Uber eats- And literally was the worst experience of my life. Also never had a problem with Uber eats and I’ve been ordering with them for upwards of three years- Always in a timely fashion, very transparent throughout your order process, and if there is an issue, they will always refund you. My driver was also wonderful and offered to go collect the order after Papa John’s screwed it up. Basically, I receive a pizza that’s not mine and because I have things to do I ordered it on Uber eats his delivery. I couldn’t go collect my pizza in a timely fashion, as was never the plan. Once I get to the establishment after calling the manager and forcing him to explain to me where my pizza was, and if it was sent to another address like the pizza I received, or was still sitting at the restaurant, he begrudgingly let me know it was still at the restaurant. He originally told fiance we were SOL and to call the driver. After my plans which were going to take an unexpected amount of time, I head to Papa John’s at 10:30 in the evening to collect my food. I get there to a freezing cold pizza and “bites “that probably sat under the light from the beginning of my order. I generally order from Domino’s and will say that the pizza though lowerin quality, is right, on time, and if they screw up, they fix it. Serves me right for branching out. Next time, I’ll just take the 10 minute ride

This pizza and wings has been a waste of my money! For a second I thought I had a thin crust pizza but it turns out it was just crushed and burned. I had to add my own honey barbecue sauce to the wings because they were only drizzled with sauce.

We ordered three items from Papa Johns, a Large pizza, a gluten free pizza and the pepperoni bits. The total came to $46 and change. The dasher driver gets here and hands me one large pizza. I asked her for the rest of my order (receipt clearly shows 3 items) and she says the store told her there was only 1 item. Two things went wrong here, 1 the dasher should have looked at the receipt with the store to confirm my 3 items before leaving and 2, Papa John's should have known one large pizza is not $46. I'm getting really tired of issues with DoorDash. I've been a member for many, many years but Uber eats is looking mighty good to me these days! I will NEVER ORDER FROM Papa John's again because they are clearly incompetent and lack customer service skills. Shaq should rethink his partnership with PJ!!

Placed an online order at 10:00 Am for a pick up at 12:30Pm received a call from papa John’s corporate as I was making my way to the store for pick up. I asked why, and it stated they were closed, and nobody was answering the phones. I was close so I stopped by to confirm they were closed, but they were open, and had staff working. When placing the order again the young man behind the counter was short and kept sighing and acting annoyed when I asked to place the order. I would understand if this was a large or complicated order, but it was three large pizzas one cheese, one pepperoni, and one veggie. I was unable to get a receipt and was very put off by how unwilling the employee was to assist in completing my order. I will not be returning to this store nor do I recommend others until management provide support or supervision for their staff to maintain a good level of customer service.

I like Papa John's but this location never seems to get it right. They have a failure to communicate here. I ordered a pizza and wings one morning. When I got it, the wings had very very little sauce. I called the manager who stated that they were told to put less sauce? Anywho, he said he would credit my order. I told him I'd come back that night after work. On my way there after work, I called and talked to a female manager and she said there was no record of a credit. I told her it happened this same day and since it did, could she take care of it. She said NO! She told me the only way to get more food was to bring what I had back. Y'all, I drove home... which is past Papa John's. I got the food and took it back(thank goodness I've learned not to trash things immediately) I told her that I didn't even want a replacement after all that! Just give me my money back. She was mad! Imagine her being mad about my order being wrong and wanting it right ? I called and talked to the morning manager about her. He apologized and said he would replace the wings anyway. Woooo goodness!
