This store location was a complete disappointment tonight. I ordered a thin n crispy pepperoni pizza and it was extremely dry and hard. Unable to get a refund unless I drove back to the store because my 13 year old daughter approved the order when she went inside for pickup. The shift managers excuse was we hear that complaint a lot because we are unable to add a lot of cheese and sauce. I told her this is all I eat and don’t have issues at the other locations. I even told her to have a good night and no response back from her. Please visit another location where they value customer service and food quality.

As you can read from other reviews this place is extremely slow. Every single time I have been here I've had to wait 30+ minutes for my order. I ordered online an hour ahead to have my order ready at 6. Did not receive my order until 6:40. When I went to check my order it was wrong. When I finally did receive the right order you could tell it was not fresh, luke warm, and been sitting in the warmer for who knows how long. Next time I'm going to drive a further distance just to avoid this pizza hut. It's flies flying around and feels like to A/C is off. This place is extremely understaffed, the staff here is trying the best they can. They need to hire more people ASAP. If you choose this location prepared to wait AT LEAST 20 minutes for your order and make sure to check your order before you leave because most likely it will be wrong.

This pizza hut is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The staff is so friendly, especially Maggie she is a sweetheart and you can tell she cares about her stuff and the customers. Keep up the great work! No one out pizzas the hut 😊

horrible. i stood there for 5-7 minutes just for them to take my order (there was no one else in there besides me). the white girl and black boy literally saw me and kept walking to the back. another lady came and took my order and had a rude tone. talking about 22 minutes for a small pizza.. no one in here but me🤦. lose the attitude and make the food. too much attitude for someone working at a pizza place☠️

Ordered delivery. Got the Cheesy Bites Ranch Lover’s Flight...Crust of the pizza was plain, no cheese bites. All 3 ranch sauces were left out. Also got a personal cheese with the basil pesto added and the basil pesto is left off. Seems like the only thing this location can make is plain cheese pizzas.

Every time I order from here there is a problem, I’ve stupidly given them chance after chance which is partially my own fault, but the one we used to go to when we lived in Michigan was great, so I kept hoping something would change here but clearly its not. They frequently forget our breadsticks, like literally every time, 2 orders ago they ran out of alfredo and substituted it with marinara without asking, when I asked for a refund (because I was NOT going to eat that) I was told I had to call back the next day to talk to the general manager and I called for 3 days in a row and the manager was never available. That night I ordered from the other pizza hut across town after confirming they had alfredo, so I literally paid twice for the same meal. The next two times the alfredo container is literally half empty, when we questioned it this time we were told “that's how we have to do it” so they're charging the same price for literally half the meal. I'm just done, I should have stopped going here a while ago. No more.

The pizza was not fresh. We ordered two large pizzas and their seem to have been a shortage of sauce and meat and cheese. It's been a min since I order food from here. I won't go again. Racetrac pizza is better.

My first time at this location and I will def be here again. Thanks to the manager she kept a clean store and her attitude was phenomenal I love good energy and well hearted people. She told me she work every Monday, Tuesday and Friday
