Horrible service except for the young lady name Candy with the blue hair. The guy with all the tattoos name (Steve) in there has a horrible and unwelcome attitude. I told them to keep the pizza because I didn’t feel comfortable.

Don’t waste your time or money. My pizza was never delivered and I was lied to several times and given the run around for over 3 hours by the store. Ordered around 8, was quoted 30-45 mins for delivery. Around 10 saw a driver pass our house and never turn back. Got a notification my order was delivered, 10:20 called the store and told them it delivered to the wrong house. They said they’d contact the driver and call me back. 10 mins later no call back. I called them back and they finally asked for my number to pull up the order and said they couldn’t contact the driver because they delivered through door dash. But they would remake my order and deliver within 30-45 mins, I told them to give the new driver my number and call me if there were any issues. 11:00 rolled around and I asked for an update, was told it was done baking and the driver was going to deliver by 11:20. Called at 11:30 and the store tells me the driver returned the order and they cancelled it because the driver couldn’t contact me, which was a lie bc I had no missed calls. No driver has ever had a problem finding my address or making a delivery. Apparently this specific driver was incompetent and did not want to do their job or either the store never remade the pizza in the first place. Either way, it was a major inconvenience!
I spend a lot of money there and just because they are having a 2$ personal pan pizza deal don’t give yall anyways reason to be rude I will take my business elsewhere don’t waste y’all’s time with these people

Extremely Disappointing Experience with $2 Pizza Promotion
I was genuinely excited about the $2 pizza promotion—what seemed like a great comeback campaign turned into a complete letdown. I placed my order online and received confirmation that it would be ready by 7:30 PM. After waiting 30 minutes in line, I was told they were running an hour and a half behind. At that point, it was too late to cancel or adjust, and the entire experience felt disorganized and dismissive of customer time.
What’s most frustrating is that Pizza Hut corporate clearly wasn’t prepared to support this promotion, despite the high visibility and traffic it was bound to generate. Poor staffing, lack of communication, and overall chaos at the store level reflect not only a failure in planning, but also in respect for customers and franchise teams who were clearly overwhelmed and under-supported.
With past quality control concerns, I would have expected better execution and accountability. This promotion may have been well-intentioned, but without proper resources and planning, it only creates a worse customer experience. Extremely disappointing—and I won’t be returning any time soon.

What I ordered is not what I received.. if you needed to change anything on my order you should have called.. my cheese pizza was still mushy also.. I have to cook food I ordered so I didn’t have to cook.. also 3 packets of ranch is not what I order my order is shown and where they changed my order is shown also. This is what happens when peoples bad ass kids join the work force.

This was take out. The food came fast but the box was wet. Pizza stuck to the box. My kids like the pasta from there. Bacon was missing off the pizza. We got the $24 special and the pasta, and then when you factor in tax, delivery fee and tip ($50) yeah pizza is not worth it anymore.

I call about 8:36 pm on 2/14/2025 And the night manager Javelle was very Unprofessional !! I ask for 7 dollars deal that pizza HUT Offers and they did not have pan In the size I needed!! I ask Mr.Javelle with the double "LL" Could he Consider allowing me get the pizza at the same price because of there Incovince on something they Advertise daily!! Mr. Double LL said u waNT me to give u a large pizza because we don't have anymore pan at that size I needed and I said yes please he said No what u can do is try Again tomorrow! When I told him I was going to do a Survey on his Service he didn't care and told me that was fine!! In Management he should know that this is something he don't won't on his ACR!! Are maybe he don't know! This is Not the way to Out Pizza the Hut!!

I haven't ordered from Pizza Hut in a long time and after tonight I doubt I will ever order again. We had a one-topping pizza that came with just cheese, although it looked like it had been sliced on the top whatever they used to do that wasn't sharp enough to cut all the way through the pizza. Also ordered the boneless chicken wings. They tasted as if the oil had been burned and blackened. Then they weren't properly drained there was at least as much oil in the containers as there was sauce. It's all in the garbage, I won't be wasting my money on Pizza Hut ever again.

I was waiting with my daughter for more than 10 minutes and they were talking on their cell phones, they walked around everywhere and they never came out to greet us. I will never return to this place.

Never recieved my order . Doordash delievered to wrong house. I called manager and she was terrible. She just said well the door does drop a pick it up. Rude and sarcastic!!!! Never offered to refund my order , Since I didn't get my , She? Should have automatically Said "I'm issuing a refund", but she didn't. I had To Ask for it, And that is terrible customer service!!!! She Then said, my refund will be 3 to 5 business days, which does me no good at this point. I'm out of money , and out of the order. terrible pizza hut!!!!! awful awful awful customer service and poor management!!!! So very disappointed

So I don't know if this store is just broke or what. But I no longer get any kind of sauces when I order cheese sticks. And on top of that the sauces that I pay for are never more than half full. It's gotten to where I just go across town to the other pizza hut even tho this is around the corner. Also quality wise I get more bang for my buck at little Caesars. At least they actually put cheese on their cheese sticks. Whoever was running it a few months ago should come back. Current crew has the personality of a stick sunk thoroughly in the mud. All of them seem to hate that no one tips on carryout orders. Nobody tips me for doing my job

Don’t order delivery from this location this is the quality of food they consider acceptable then proceeded to tell me I would have to come in the store to receive a refund. I ordered delivery for a reason & shouldn’t be inconvenience due to their clear negligence!
