Pizza Hit uses a different cheese on their pizza now. The cheese is horrible!! I will never get pizza from them again.

Went for the $2 personal pan pizzas and the team was super prepared for the crowd they were fast friendly and efficient. The pizzas worked out great for a quick dinner and for $2, can’t be beat!!!

Every Tuesday is a bad day to go into Pizza Hut. They have a two dollar personal pan pizzas. I went to pick up a DoorDash order yesterday for a customer. They didn’t even make it. I had to reassign my order and lose money. That’s terrible that Pizza Hut needs help do better.

Ewe. After forever at the drive thru window with absolutely no acknowledgement, I parked and went inside to pick up my order.
3 people working and each employee looked like they were miserable. They appeared to be slow for the evening.
Picked up my online order.
Breadsticks had to be a day old. They were rock hard and stale. (Bag was saturated in Oil)
Everything else was edible but, we will never go back. Used to frequent this establishment, never again.

Delivery order. I won’t go into all the details of calling and the calls ringing and then disconnecting and driving up there to return incorrect order for a refund and being told the person who can refund my money is not there. I’m sure I’ll have to dispute it on my card. Will never order from them again. First 2 pics is what I ordered. Next 3 pics is what I received. Not even close. Lesson learned.

Drove through to pick up order. I missed picking up my wings, as they weren’t handed to me with my order. I realized when I got home that they weren’t there. I proceeded to try to reach someone, but the phone only rings for a little bit and hangs up.

We spent $68 on pizza, breadsticks and wings. The pizza was so over sauced it was soggy and didn’t have enough toppings. They forgot the wings and the breadsticks were so thin and over cooked. We called the store, but no one answered.

Absolutely reduculous, I went through the whole process through the app, placed my order, paid for it, drove the 15 minutes to the pizza hut, just for them to be closed. 30 minutes wasted speaking to customer service over the phone, asked me to go BANG ON THE BACK DOOR, ive never had an experience at any restaurant chain like this, I will NOT be going back unless I can get on the phone and speak to an actual person to make sure the store is actually open when they say they are. Please dont waste your time until you make SURE the store is actually occupied.

Ordered on Friday night 3-7-25. Dasher delivered food to wrong people after waiting an hour on it. He said a few cuss words and said he would go get it from them and bring it to us. We did not want order after someone else had picked through it and begun eating it . I called ph and they said they would cancel order and refund money. Sunday afternoon at 1:45 I still have not received my money back yet. If you want your order go pick it up don’t have it delivered

**UPDATE** I responded to the owners request 2 weeks ago to email them more details about my order and experience. I have not heard anything back from them yet.

My pick up order was ready at 7:31pm and I was in the drive thru line at 7:29PM. I did not get my pizza until 8:15PM and it was COLD. All I got was an “I’m sorry”.

The online ordering system is completely broken, waited over 2 hours for my order only to call and find out the call center that is used had canceled the order, went to the store and the order was sitting in the box waiting, the manager at the store was very helpful and accommodating, the franchise owner ayvaz is completely destroying the pizza hut brand

The edges of the Tavern style pizza were burnt, and there were several flat black burnt pieces that I had to pick off the top of the pizza. Also, the sticker was not completely stuck to the box (see pictures). I also ordered the apple pies. There were supposed to be 6 pies. There were only 4 and pieces of a 5th one (see picture).

OMG. This was the worst pizza I've ever had in my life. It was cold, very very little toppings on a meat lovers. It's been a while since I've eaten at Pizza Hut. Never again.
