If I could rate this Popeyes location a -1 I would. I was in Douglasville visiting my son from Detroit and since the Popeye’s locations at home are always so delicious I thought although this is a chain, but since it’s Down South surely it would be kicked up a notch. Was I ever so wrong! This had to be the absolute worst meal I have ever had. My sister started eating her food first and said it had no flavor. I ordered a two piece spicy all white with a sis of red beans and rice. I got a side of pasty red sauce with rice, no beans! I hadn’t eaten since morning so I forced down the beans and the bland tasting wing. It tasted as if they mixed some type of no flavored hot spice in flour and coated the chicken. No salt no flavor no nothing! As you can see from the photo they had the nerve to put this blob of I don’t know what in my bag and call
It chicken. There was no way I was eating that as the wing was disgustingly. And this thing looked like it was bruised and probably had been sitting out and they dipped it in flour and cooked it again. You could see the layers of flour and nothing but grease! It looked like a meteorite that fell from Mars! If it hadn’t been so late we would have definitely returned for a refund. You all should be ashamed of yourselves for serving such obvious trash!

Horrible. Ghetto. Unprofessional. Ordered via uber eats TWICE, both orders incorrect! Contacted the store for a possible resolution and all I was met with was “we’re pretty busy right now but we’re asking all customers and drivers to double check orders.” While I agree, I believe the store should assume some type of responsibility, NO ACCOUNTABILITY whatsoever nor was a solution offered. Pathetic! Definitely contacting corporate!

My whole experience at this location has been terrible.
Tonight especially. I drive for UberEats and had to pick up an order at this location. I arrived at 11:32 PM, there was a line in the drive-thru and the lobby doors were locked. So I sat in the drive-thru and got to the speaker at 12. No one acknowledged me at the box, I sat there for 10 minutes and the line didn't move in front of me at all. I finally got to the window at 12:25. The conversation went as follows:
Me: I've got an UberEats pick up for (Customer Name)
Employee: We don't have any online orders.
M: Okay, I've been in the drive-thru for nearly an hour.
E: We're closed.
M: I got here at 11:32 and didn't even get to the order box until 12.
E: We were closed then.
M: You couldn't have told me that through the box?
E: We're closed.
The whole ordeal was completely disrespectful. The VERY least they could have done was apologize. An acknowledgement at the speaker would have sufficed as well. Instead I wasted an additional 25 minutes just to be brushed off. I sincerely hope their franchisee or manager reads through these reviews.

Just spent like 40 somthing dollars her , not happy at all. I bought the bonless bundle, got shorted on the bonless wings, also Bought a tackle box and it was literally 6 pieces of shrimp and they tossed my sides in the box and the side of the container that I got my sides in had stuff all over it 🤮🤢 nasty, never coming here again....

Ordered 5 pieces strips meal that was cold and appeared to be cut in half my chicken was literally the length of my middle finger. Received a drink that had black particles in it AND…they forgot to give me the side of fries. When I returned my meal explaining the issue (no fries and a dirty drink) the cashier mumbled “no fries” as if I lied.

The dining experience was unfortunately underwhelming in a few key areas. While the staff demonstrated politeness and courtesy, the pace of service was noticeably slow. The chicken dish was disappointingly dry, and the accompanying bun lacked freshness. Overall, the meal fell short of expectations.

The guy with the red dreads is very very rude, I come here all the time and send money, He had the nerve to tell me that I couldn’t use my online coupon that I did online. If I was the owner I would remove him from working for me. I won’t be back,

employees are disrespectful. My dad walks in to order us food and the cashier starts laughing at him but quickly changes his attitude once my dad ask him what he’s laughing at. it’s unbelievable that one cannot have patience with another human being. Order was wrong too .
Rough service, and I witnessed one employee go outside and get in his car, and drink some alcohol and walk back in. Place is very run down, definitely keep away from this location. He should be fired for drinking on the job.
