I been going here for years, the ladies are friendly and the pretzels are always fresh! They are now on DoorDash.

I visited this location today (right outside of Jcpenney on the lower level) I spent a good amount of money on pretzels and a drink. I then asked for a cup of ice for my drink and they wanted me to then pay extra for the ice. This is very bad business ethics and greedy. I will never go back because of the principle of being taken advantage of.

Always fresh pretzels and the ladies here are so kind.

Employees were rude, food was not fresh and was over charged compared to the menu pricing

Always fresh and super sweet ladies. They usually bring my pretzel to me while I get a pedi next door.

If I could give zero stars I would. I wanted an original pretzel, but they were burnt, got pretzel bites instead, since those were thr only two options even out.. Walked back to my car as I got them when I was leaving they were so hard u couldny even bite them, like they had been sitting there all day

Today an employee was on his phone when my daughter and I walked up. He was so involved in his phone that he didn't even look up. Another employee from the back greeted us. By this abother customer walked up. He proceed to wait on them 1st, never realizing that we were standing there 1st. This is poor customer service to be on your phone at the front counter!

Got a plain pretzel....it was ok. Cashier was in a blue tooth chat with somebody. That is soooo rude. I won't go back. Management needs to send all employees to a school teaching the social graces. Or at least this one. Pretty girl, tho..
