Great place for a date or dinner with family. You can tell this place has a great manager because it was clean, service was fast and efficient, and all the staff were very friendly. My wife had a small issue with her meal and the manager made sure it was taken care of immediately, and with a smile. Our waitress Tequila was nothing short of amazing and she made the experience a 10+ for us. Oh and by the way, the food was amazing. I hadn't been to a Red Lobster in a while but we definitely will be back to this one!

Every time I come to this location to pick up an order there’s always a problem. Today, I ordered curbside because I just came off a flight and have 2 kids in the car that I didn’t want to wake up to come inside. Well I get here and wait on hold for so long that I end up going inside to get the food. Why offer curbside if you are not going to answer the phone to bring people food out.

Haven't been here in at least 2 years due to the choice of other places to eat in Douglasville. Really wanted a stuffed lobster, and they did not disappoint.
Overall awful experience. We sat down at 9:50pm and did not receive our food until 11:00pm. By then the store was closed and sever was nowhere to be found and I could not even get another drink to have with dinner. Bartender was giving away free Stella beers to employees and yelling loud about it. I asked for my steak medium and received it extra well done. Sent it back said it will be out shorty and it took another 20 mins to get and AGAIN it was well done. Spoke with mgmt and he took it off the bill but bill was still 140$+ for an awful experience. I want to clarify that, We are NOT complainers! my husband and I have been in the restaurant industry for a very long time, he’s been a restaurant manager for 15 years so we know what it’s like but this was just unacceptable.

Dirty windows with sticky fingerprints on the front door. My family tried to take me here for my birthday (which I didn't want because last time I ate at this location I got food poisoning from the lobster). The line super long and we were given a 30 minute wait estimate. After an hour and a half we were finally seated but the table we got had food and trash under it from the previous guest. We picked up the menus for our party of 7 to be paid on one ticket and the prices had skyrocketed since we last came at $40 to $50 a plate not including drinks and appetizers or dessert. We got up and left. We could afford it but we decided that that was way too much money to pay for settling in someone else's trash to eat for those prices. Especially with inflation the way it is and everything over priced. And the possibility that someone could get food poisoning like I did last time, no thanks.
Service was pretty good. The bartender was also serving the tablesnext to the bar which always slows service down especially during dinner time. Surf and turf. Lobster was small but tasty. The filet mignon was ok. Seemed to be of the frozen variety. I knew not to expect a prime steak at Red Lobster. Food took longer than expected.
