Our server Miranda was AMAZING!!!! She was super attentive and made sure our drinks were never empty. The food was absolutely superb. Staff were extremely friendly upon entering as well!

Had an amazing time there last night as we celebrated three birthdays. Great food and staff. The owner even stopped by to wish us well and sent drinks to our party. Thank you for the wonderful evening.

Decided to try out a new local restaurant. Figured a Thursday night wouldn't be too busy for a family outing. It wasn't busy. Maybe 3 tables including ours. It took about 20 mins for us to be greeted and asked about drink orders and another 30 mins to be asked what we wanted for entrées. Server didn't check on us as frequently as she did with the other tables. We had to hail her down for refills as we waited an hour for our food. The hour wait for fresh food wouldn't usually be an issue if we were paid attention too however our server was neglectful and spent more time behind an empty bar then providing a service. When we recieved our childs meal it was the wrong order. When we told the server we asked for the chicken tenders and not a burger she begrudgingly took it back and stated "you sure you didn't ask for the burger?" My child doesn't eat beef so I definitely didn't ask for it. She didn't even write our order down. That didn't seem an issue for only 2 tables at the time but she obviously didn't remember and questioned me after. Once we recieved our entrées, they weren't bad but over priced. Small portions. We got the chicken and waffles. 3 pieces of unseasoned chicken and a cakey gooey waffle should not be 30$. I ordered the ox tail. the collards and Mac and cheese were very well seasoned and tasty however the ox tail had less meat on it then I've seen at other restaurants but it was very appetizing albeit over priced for what i recieved. We then received the chicken tenders about half way through our entrées by the time they were cool enough to eat we were ready to go. We were only asked once if everything was okay. This restaurant tacks 20% gratuity onto all checks which wouldn't be an issue if the service and portions were up to par. Nice ambience, lovely decor and overall nice atmosphere.

The food wasn't the best and the biscuit taste like something from KFC with honey on top and the muffin was gridded. And let's not forget the Mac and cheese it was dry. The will charge gratuity for a party of three and then still want you leave a tip. We had to wait a bit for our food . I definitely don't think I will be

Well first off this place is the bomb overall... I came in one time and sat at the bar... I had salmon bites and a cold red stripe... the lady that waited on me was very very nice and informative about the items on the menu... I had also got a to go order for my boo(THE PORK CHOPS) she loved them the first time... have it a 10/10... she went back the next day got the same chops... I asked her how was it she said 8/10... we was in on valentine day which was my boo birthday... very nice setting on V Day... the jazz was nice... the food was amazing... BUT THAT ASIAN/ CHINESE HOSTESS LADY WAS NOT CLEANING THE TABLES... MY BOO AND I WATCHED HER EVERY TIME SHE WENT TO A TABLE... SHE WOULD RUN HER HAND ACROSS THE TABLE FIRST I TAKE IT LOOKING FOR CRUMBS... THEN WOULDN'T WIPE THE TABLE DOWN... THE WHOLE TIME WE WAS IN THERE SHE WIPED ONE TABLE... A GUY THAT WORKS THERE NOT SURE IF HE NOTICED SHE DIDN'T WIPE THE TABLE WALKED UP TO THE TABLE TO WIPE IT DOWN AND SHE TOLD HIM NO NO NO... my boo let our waitress know... that's so not cool... other than that... we love this place and the food and will definitely be back...
