I normally don’t leave reviews but the last two times i’ve been here, the customer service has been terrible. I mean terrible, just rude. Today, a boy in front of me (no older than 13), didn’t understand that he couldn’t get an ICEE with the pizza combo, only a drink and the worker repeatedly told him, “I can’t give you that.” in a stern, rude voice, without explaining to him how the combo works. She then proceeded to say, “What you just want me to give you it!” I honestly felt horrible, her whole disposition was nasty. I was next to order and came in around 6:45 and was told there’s no whole pizzas left which threw me off because online it says they close at 8 and they just dropped down hotdogs as if they were still operating. But if they close at 7, understandable. But she then proceeded to seem bothered that I wanted to order almost all the remaining single slices, and nobody was behind me. Honestly super unpleasant.

If youre having trouble making tire appointments just know they couldn’t get us in even when every single bay they had was empty. They control the appointments and when THEY want to do the work. There is no work ethic left in this country. Lazy everywhere.

Horrible customer service. I have been a member for over 3 years and I just called to try to place an order for a cake for my son's birthday and all I got was hung up on several times no talking no can u hold for second nothing just pick up huff and puff and hang up. Then I also called customer service and what do u know no answer either. They just lost a customer over this! I am beyond upset at their treatment towards loyal customer.

This isnt the first time but I placed a grocery pickup. I checked in when i arrived. Waited 15 minutes then called and no one answered. I get out and go in to see where my order is to wait another 10 minutes for someone to come to the front. The lady was kind but said oh I didnt see where you checked in. Ordering ahead was pointless and I was the only car picking up. Picking up orders there consumes alot of time. Not worth it. Employees are kind but the service is awful!!!!!!

Don't do the grocery order online and go pick up. My account has been charged for groceries they claimed haven't been pulled yet. You guys are killing me!! This is the third and last time I'm going to trust you. If I don't get this today like promised, then who is going to deliver this to my house tomorrow??? It's 720pm and I know I won't get my groceries today.

My daughter works at this sams and was let go today. She is a hard worker and i know her work ethic because she learned it from me. They fired her after being told she could take a break. This Sams is the worst. from how it treats its customers to how it treats its employees. Its amazing when we get people in power who instead of motivating their employees they ride the ones who TRULY WORK!!!!!!! She left a job to come and work their and its sad.
