Let me start off by saying, I love Hibachi but the places locally have been hit or miss. A lady from my gym recommended this place so I thought we should give it a try.First of all love the containers, very nice and reusable! The meat was overcooked and very chewy - steak shouldn’t be chewy. The shrimp was overcooked and chewy. The food didn’t have flavor, the vegetables were not good, and we LOVE veggies! The rice ironically was plain for fried rice, it was not good at all. We were provided teriyaki sauce but even that didn’t cover the taste.I am not sure if it was an off night, they ran out of seasonings or they have a new cook. Nonetheless it wasn’t good and we will not be ordering from here ever again.

I went to this place. I paid my money. The cook skipped over me and did everybody else's order. Why I sat down and wait. I had no idea that I needed to stand there and watch them cook my food and tell them what I wanted. But I'll let him know that I was sitting on the side. I had to go up to him twice to tell him that I will needed my food that he had skipped me. He then did my food for me. Afterwards I told him when there was no customer standing around what he had done to and I didn't appreciate it. He told me to go sit down and eat my food. He didn't want to hear me talk.Terrible place don't go there. The food is not that great anyway, the cabbage is dry. The sharp tempora is dry and the sushi is not good. I didn't want to cause a scene so I just left. So sad to see how these people are working in these places and have no respect for their customers. I will never go back. Beware. Don't go veryunprofessional.However, the cashier was sweet and she saw everything that happened and she apologized.

The cashier was very sweet and she took my order promptly. The cook however, skipped over me several times to take other people before me. After I paid for my food I went and sat in the food court while I waited for my food and I noticed that the cook was taking people before me so I went over to him twice and asked him about my food. The second time I asked him he said he would get my food ready right then I had to stand there and wait for my food. I waited until all the customers were gone and I let him know that I didn't appreciate him taking other people before me and he's made excuses and said that he had to wait for my food to come out the back, then he said he took the other in which he received it and I said to the cashier was not first and she said it. Yes she was then he commits to yelling at me and telling me to get out. I got my food already get out get out. The food was nasty. The cabbage is dry and the cook was rude. Don't waste your money. Don't waste your time going to this place. You can tell that he had never been managed because he was comfortable being rude and disrespectful. The cashier continue to apologize and I told her that it was in her fault and I asked him to stop yelling at me. Then he got the other employees involved talking about the customers and being rude. Do not go here. Warning do not go here. No respect for their customers and the food is nasty. I should have gotten my money back because I ended up throwing the food away. I was so upset that I just didn't want to even deal with going back to even get my money.

Came here last weekend with my dad and little brother. I love the food and it's very filling. I got my wife something to go and the cook was very nice he gave me extra chicken!! I think he sees us a lot and is always nice to us so sometimes it pays to be nice.

They fail to get online orders correct and don’t even bother trying to answer phone. The female, hispanic, chunky cashier is rude. The one tall gentlemen who cooks on the grill is nice and accommodating.
This review is not about the food ?. The food is delicious, but this last time a Hispanic girl took my order and while she reviewed the order with me, she definitely incorrectly overcharged me for an additional meal. Now I'm a reasonable person, I make mistakes, that's not a problem, but she proceeded to be rude and talk to me without listening to my issue, then tried to dismiss me. At that point I was irrate. Would not stand for her to think it was any way acceptable to talk over me as the customer not let me get a word in when she had made the mistake of over charging me. Were it not for the cook and the owner calming me down I would have gotten every penny back. But they were very accommodating and kind. Very hospitable and very professional and caring. So while my day was a one star I have to give the place 4 stars off shear effort and kindness from the Cook #1 and the Manager#2. That leads me to an overall 3 stars. That young lady needs to learn to be quiet and listen to the customer to find out the issue, I know I was right because she verified the order as 3 meals but charged me for 4, I almost thought she might be trying to over charge me purposely with a plan to steal money from me and the company. Trifling.

We ordered Sarku Japanese via Uber Eats. Sadly, I got Sarku Japanese, located at the food court at Arbor Place Mall with Daruma Japanese Steakhouse at Arbor Place Landing. The order price was fair. Their food is mall food court quality. Overall, Sakura provided what they stated. If you are ordering and expecting more than food court food, skip Sarku. This Sakura Japanese meal is the Taco Bell equivalent of Mexican food. Speaking of Taco Bell, I sure miss their Mexican Pizza! Sakura needs a specialty like this to enhance its brand.

And this time I paid for shrimp to be added to my beef bento and there wasn't any!
